This program is used to check the accounting periods for journal entries printed in definitive mode and to maintain journal details. If errors exist in the journal, then you delete the period and re-print it in definitive mode. The program is also used to enter the first accounting period for a company about to “go live” with a new software system. See About journal entry printout (Italy) for further information.

- Period
- This column lists the accounting periods that have been printed in definitive mode.
- Debit amount
- This column lists the debit amounts of the accounting period.
- Credit amount
- This column lists the credit amounts of the accounting period.
- Last jrn line
- This column lists the last printed journal line numbers of the accounting period.
