This panel displays all the recommended kits in the system. Recommended kits are used to define which items (spare parts and service items) that are recommended to use when servicing the object(s) to which the kit is assigned. When entering a service order, the system will automatically create order lines for the items included in a recommended kit assigned to a object.
In this program you can create new kits and assign them to objects.

This panel is used to define the contents of a kit. The kit contains information about the (user-defined) service codes as well as the charging methods. In addition, the kit contains a set of spare parts and service items. When referring to a kit on the job header on a service order, the system will retrieve the information defined in this file to the order job and to the order lines. Finally, the kit may contain text describing what type of actions that need to be taken for a given problem.
