Work with statistical columns, Sales columns/purchase columns (CSBD04101)

This table is preloaded when you install the system and shows predefined columns. Columns 1 to 34 are predefined base columns from which calculations can be done, and cannot be changed. The user can define columns 35 and up, to be used as calculated columns for which calculations can be performed from the base columns.

Options

Note: You are not allowed to delete a base column (i.e. predefined columns with numbers 1 through 34).

Function keys

Purchase/Sales Toggle between viewing sales and purchase columns. Sales columns is the default.

Selection fields

Column
This column lists the column number. Columns 1 to 34 are predefined base columns from which calculations can be done, and cannot be changed. The user can define columns 35 and up, to be used as calculated columns for which calculations can be performed from the base columns.
Description
This column lists the description of the column.
Decimals
This column lists the number of decimals to display for this column type. This information is used when figures are displayed in DC1 Analyser.

For predefined statistical columns (1-34) only the following fields can be changed:

  • Column number
  • Description
  • Column heading 1
  • Column heading 2
  • Decimals to display

For user-defined statistical columns, the same as above applies. In addition, you set the Quantity to Other fields to YES or NO, but only one of these fields can be set to YES.

Column number
Description
Column heading 1
Mandatory entry. Enter the first column heading description to be used in DC1 Analyser.
Column heading 2
Enter the second column heading description to be used in DC1 Analyser.
Decimals to display
Enter the number of decimals to display for this column type. This information is used when figures are displayed in DC1 Analyser. You can enter up to 4 decimals.
Quantity
For predefined column, indicates if this column holds values relating to quantities, and cannot be changed. For user-defined column, indicate if this column should hold values relating to quantities.
Amount
For predefined column, indicates if this column holds values relating to amounts, and cannot be changed. For user-defined column, indicate if this column should hold values relating to amounts.
Percentage
For predefined column, indicates if this column holds values relating to percentages, and cannot be changed. For user-defined column, indicate if this column should hold values relating to percentages.
Number
For predefined column, indicates if this column holds values relating to numbers, and cannot be changed. For user-defined column, indicate if this column should hold values relating to numbers.
Weight
For predefined column, indicates if this column holds values relating to weights, and cannot be changed. For user-defined column, indicate if this column should hold values relating to weights.
Volume
For predefined column, indicates if this column holds values relating to volumes, and cannot be changed. For user-defined column, indicate if this column is should hold values relating to volumes.
Other
For predefined column, indicates if this column holds something other than what is listed above, and cannot be changed. For user-defined column, indicate if the column should hold something other than what is listed above.
Formula
You can enter a formula, if the column shall consist of values calculated from other columns. Columns are stated in the CXX format, where XX is the column number. You can only use column numbers with lower numbers than the column you are working with. Example: (C12/C11)*100
Icon name
This field is not currently used.
