This panel displays the details for a single reception line on the reception.
Options
| Duplicate | Only displayed if the item is a batch controlled item or a DC1 Warehouse Management controlled item. This option is not allowed on reception lines for non DC1 Warehouse Management controlled serialized items.
If, e.g., you need to receive, e.g., two different batches and thus need to add a second batch, or when one suggested reception line needs to be received from two different locations instead of the one suggested, select this option to create the duplicate reception line. |
| Batch | Only displayed if the item on the selected reception line is a batch controlled item. Select this option to add/change batch ID’s. |
| Serial number | Only displayed if the item on the selected reception line is serial number controlled. Select this option to add/change serial numbers for serial number controlled items. |
| Create pallets | Select this option to access the Create pallets panel where you can create the pallet numbers. |

- Reception
- Displays the reception number.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse for the reception.
- Order
- Displays the order number and order line number for the reception.
- Line
- This column lists the reception line number.
- Batch
- If the item on the reception line is a batch controlled item, this column lists the batch. Leave as is, or change the batch. If you need more batches to fill up the received quantity you should duplicate the line (i.e. select the Duplicate option and then enter batch id and received qty for the remaining).
- Pallet number
- Only displayed if the item is a DC1 Warehouse Management controlled item. This column lists the Pallet ID for the item that was automatically or manually created during reception.
- Sugg qty
- This column lists the suggested quantity to be received.
- Zn
- This column is only displayed if DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated and lists the zone for the reception.
- Location
- This column is only displayed if DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated and lists the location for the reception.
- Received qty
- Enter the received quantity.
- Item
- This column lists the item on the reception line.
- Sub line number
- This column lists the sub-line to which the line refers.
Work with receptions, Details (DSR50204)
This panel displays all reception line details for a reception note. One reception line/purchase order line could hold two or more detail lines (i.e. there could be several batches or zone and locations for one line).

Work with receptions, Details, Create pallets (DSR50207)
When you first access this panel, the line information for the original line is displayed. Information from Item/warehouse management file is retrieved and displayed on the bottom of the panel. After clicking OK, a pallet of that type is created with the pallet quantity. Those fields may be changed. The pallet ID is generated by the system. Received quantity is set to the value from Pallet quantity.
- Reception
- Displays the reception number.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse for the reception.
- Order
- Displays the order number for the reception.
- Item
- Displays the item on the reception line.
- Line
- This column lists the reception line number.
- Batch
- If the item on the reception line is a batch controlled item, this column lists the batch.
- Pallet number
- Displays the pallet number generated for the item.
- Sugg qty
- This column lists the suggested quantity (i.e. the supplier’s order quantity) to be received.
- Zn
- This column is only displayed if DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated and lists the zone for the picking.
- Location
- This column is only displayed if DC1 Warehouse Management is installed and activated and lists the location for the picking.
- Received qty
- After clicking OK, the received quantity is set to the value from the Pallet quantity.
- Stock unit
- This column lists the stock unit of the item.
