In this routine you close the depreciation year for DC1 Asset Management. The system will check that depreciations have been run for the last depreciation period of the year to close. If the depreciations for an external depreciation type are not complete, then you will not be able to close the year. For an internal type, you will only receive a warning. At closing, the Asset balance file will be updated as well as the Actual depr year field in the ASM control file.
