Pseudo account codes are used in the system as a reference and connection to the actual account numbers. When an accounting transaction occurs, the connecting pseudo account code will be referenced and the actual account number retrieved. This actual account number, along with the created transaction type, will then be stored in the Bookkeeping transaction file.
When you Transfer bookkeeping transactions, the actual account numbers and information is transferred to DC1 Financials. Every inventory transaction that exists and is established in the Transaction type table, must have a corresponding pseudo account code and actual account number.

- This column lists the existing logistic pseudo account codes.
- Account number
- Displays the account number that will be referenced and retrieved from the related Pseudo account code. When an accounting transaction occurs, the pseudo account code will be referenced which will, in turn, reference and retrieve this corresponding account number. The account number is then stored in the Bookkeeping transaction file within DC1 Distribution.
