The purpose of this table is to define the VAT daybook printout parameters for the denoted Trader country. The Trader country is either that which was entered in the selection field on the previous panel, or it is the system country if that selection field was left blank. The column set will be used when printing VAT daybook for this Trader country. The parameters allowed include:
- The column header(s). A maximum of 9 columns are allowed.
- The report number(s) of the VAT handling code that must be included in the amount of this column. A maximum of 10 report numbers can be defined for each column.
Toggle the Change to function key to switch between Accounts receivable and Accounts payable. The panel subheading differs accordingly.

- Displays the selected column number.
- Header
- Enter the heading of the corresponding column number. This field will be printed on the top of the column.
- Report numbers
- Enter the report number(s) of the VAT handling codes to be included in this column.
