Inventory transactions (FSR11601)

This panel displays the inventory transaction records which are linked to the Logistics accounting transaction log file.

Options

Display Select this option to view the details of the inventory transaction record.

Evnt
Displays the inventory event description, indicating the event that caused the inventory transaction to be created. For example, sales order, purchase order, stock withdrawal.
Stktr
Displays the stock transaction type.
S
Indicates if the transaction(s) is summarised. Summarised transactions are those transactions with the same inventory event code, transaction type, item code and warehouse, within a certain time period, which have been combined into one.
Agrp
Displays the account group to which the item belongs.
Igrp
Displays the item group to which the item belongs.
Signature
Displays the code that identifies the employee that entered the transaction.
Ncc
Displays the non-conformity certificate number, if the transaction refers to non-conforming stock.
T
Only shown if the BtB function is activated, i.e., the BtB feature used field in the DIS control file is YES. Indicates if the inventory transaction is for a BtB order with a transit delivery.
Whs
Displays the warehouse in which the item is stored.
Amount
Displays the amount for the transaction.

Item
Displays the item on the inventory transaction.
Event
Displays the inventory event code and corresponding description, indicating the event that caused the inventory transaction to be created. For example, sales order, purchase order, stock withdrawal, etc.
Transaction type
Displays the type and description of the inventory transaction created.
Item account group
Displays the account group to which the item belongs.
Item group
Displays the item group to which the item belongs.
Summarised
Indicates if the transaction(s) is summarised. Summarised transactions are those transactions with the same inventory event code, transaction type, item code and warehouse, within a certain time period, which have been combined into one.
Transit
Only shown if the BtB function is activated, i.e., the BtB feature used field in the DIS control file is YES. Indicates if the inventory transaction is for a BtB order with a transit delivery.
Non-conf cert active
Indicates if non-conformity certificate handling is active.
Non-conf cert no
Displays the non-conformity certificate number, if the transaction refers to non-conforming stock.
Warehouse
Displays the warehouse in which the item is stored.
Quantity
Displays the quantity of the inventory transaction.
Cost value
Displays the total cost value of the inventory transaction.
Accounting period
Displays the accounting period in which the inventory transaction is posted.
Order no/line
Depending on the stock transaction type, the order number and corresponding line number could be shown for the sales order/purchase order/service order/internal replenishment/cash receipt which created the transaction.
List no/line
Depending on the stock transaction type, the list number and corresponding line number could be shown for the pick list/reception note/stock take list/kitting list on this stock transaction.
Shipment
If the inventory transaction is for a sales order/service order/internal replenishment order, then the shipment number is displayed.
Transport note
If the inventory transaction is for a sales order/service order/internal replenishment order, then the transport note number is displayed.
User
Displays the code that identifies the employee that entered the transaction.
Date/time
Displays the date and time the inventory transaction was created.
