In this routine you perform a period roll-over. This panel displays the companies and corresponding codes that have been set up in your system and which are active. You can define a date and time when you want the job to be executed.
Options
| Select | Use this option to select a company. Note: If a company system job is currently running in a company, then it may not be selected. |
| Deselect | Use this option to deselect a company. |
- Company code
- This column lists the companies and corresponding codes.
- Company name
- This column lists the company names.
- Period
- Displays the company’s actual period.
- Job in queue
- Indicates if a company system job is currently running in a company. Company system jobs are, for example, backup/reorganisation, period roll-over, creating company database, etc.
- Selected
- Indicates if the company is selected for the job.

This panel displays the selected company(ies). Click OK to submit the job.
- Company code
- This column lists the selected company code(s).
- Company name
- This column lists the name(s) of the selected company(ies).
- Start date
- Enter the date when the job should be executed. Note: If no date is entered, the job will start immediately.
- Start time
- Enter the point of time when the job should be executed. Note: If no time is entered, the job will start immediately.
