On this panel you decide which items to include when EAN-13 numbers are automatically created each time a new Item/Unit record is created.
Function keys

Selection
- Fictitious items
- Set this field to YES if automatic creation of EAN-13 numbers shall take place for fictitious items each time a new Item/Unit record is created for such an item. If set to YES, you can narrow down the selection in the Fictitious item type field below. If no selection is entered, all fictitious item types will be considered as valid.
- Only allowed on sls
- Set this field to YES if automatic creation of EAN-13 numbers shall take place for items/units that are defined as being allowed on sales orders each time a new Item/Unit record is created for such items.
- Matrix base items
- This field is only displayed if the ITEMMTRX (Item matrix handling) function is activated in the Function control file. Set this field to YES if automatic creation of EAN-13 numbers shall take place for matrix base items each time a new Item/Unit record is created for such items.
- Order structures
- Set this field to YES if automatic creation of EAN-13 numbers shall take place for items defined as order structures for parent items each time a new Item/Unit record is created for such items. If set to YES, you can narrow down the selection in the Structure type field below. If no selection is entered, all structure types will be considered as valid.
- Service item
- This field is only displayed if the DC1 Service application is activated. Set this field to YES if automatic creation of EAN-13 numbers shall take place for service items each time a new Item/Unit record is created.
