This panel displays all items valid as parent items within an order structure (i.e. those items in the Item file with a defined structure type in the Structure type field).
Items within an order structure can be accessed during Sales order entry. This is achieved by entering an item code which is the parent within the order structure and the quantity of the parent item. The Structures panel will then prompt, displaying the parent item and all the components which belong to the order structure. The user can then mark the lines (i.e. components) which shall be included in the order. The parent item and the marked component lines will thereby be copied to the order lines.
