In this program you create a deletion proposal for agreements that are not in use anywhere in the system and shall be deleted from the Agreement file. Only one proposal can be active at one time. A printout of the proposal can be requested when the proposal is created. In addition to the expiry date that you define, the system will check that the following is true for all agreements that, according to the date specified, shall be included in the proposal:
- no objects exist
- no locations exist
- no open service orders exist
- no open agreement orders exist
If any of these is not true, the agreement will not be included in the proposal. When you perform the actual deletion, the system will repeat the check, and will not delete an agreement for which any of the above exists.

- Indicate if you want only the inactivated agreements to be included in the proposal.
- Print list
- Indicate if you want a printout of the proposal.
