This is the program for printing MSDS from the MSDS file. Several selection parameters exist for you to be able to narrow down the number of MSDS to be printed.
If you make selections on customers and you do not define in which language the MSDS should be printed, it will be printed in the customer’s language. If the MSDS is not activated in the customer’s language in the MSDS file, the MSDS will be printed in the system language.
Note: If the MSDS is not activated in either the customer’s language or the system language, it will not be printed.

Selection
- Item
- Note: If this field is completed, the MSDS selection field has to be blank. One MSDS will be printed for each item and will be printed in item code order.
- MSDS
- Note: If this field is completed, the Item selection field has to be blank.
- Customer number
- One MSDS will be printed per customer, even if the customer never bought the item(s) to which the MSDS is connected. One letter (defined in the Letter field) per customer will also be printed. Note: If you have defined a range of items on this panel, the MSDS is only printed once per customer, even if several of the items selected are connected to the same MSDS.
- Specification
- Enter, in the fields below, detailed information about the MSDS to print.
- Letter
- Enter a code from the Letter file, indicating the letter to be printed together with the MSDS. The field is mandatory if the Customer number field has been completed. Note: Only one letter per customer is printed, even if several MSDS have been selected.
- Language
- Enter a code from the Language table indicating the language in which the MSDS should be printed. If the field is left blank, the MSDS will be printed in the system language. Note: If the MSDS is not activated in language entered, it is printed in system language. If not activated in the system language either, it is not printed at all.
- Use selection file
- This field is used in combination with the F9 function key. Set this field to YES to only print the section(s) selected. Set it to NO to print all sections.
