In this program you enter or maintain statistic keys. Statistic keys are used in the Balance enquiry, the Budgets program and the Report Writer to sequence and select information.
There are two different types of statistic keys, the panel heading differs depending on the selected menu item:
- System statistic keys. These keys are in the range 100-999 and are pre-loaded at installation time. You can only add or delete these keys if you have DC1 Administrator authority.
- Custom statistic keys. These keys are in the range 1-99.

Selection fields
- Key
- This column lists the existing statistic/custom key numbers.
- Name
- This column lists the names of the existing statistic/custom key numbers.
- Statistic key type
- Displays 1 if the related statistic key is of type system. Displays 2 if the related statistic key is of type custom.
- Column heading 1-2
- Displays the column heading 1 and/or 2 description to be used in the Select budget and Query group subtotals enquiry programs for the related statistic key.
- Window identity
- Displays the name of the file to be used when displaying a window for the related statistic key.
- Edit program
- Displays the name of the program to be used to control any special editing requirements for the related statistic key. If left blank, alphanumeric values will be displayed left adjusted and numeric values will be displayed left adjusted without leading zeros.
- FRF field name
- Displays the Field reference file field name for the related statistic key.
- Mapped to field
- Displays the field number where the related statistic key can be used on Base levels. The length of this key is controlled against the field number’s length.
- Required key
- Indicates if the related statistic key is required for selecting a specific Balance type/Base level.
- TCIP allowed
- Indicates if it should be possible to perform table control interval printing for the related statistic key. Table control interval printing allows you to print a separate report in the Report Writer for each entry for a statistical key.

- Enter a column heading description to be used in the Select budget and Query group subtotals enquiry programs. Note: Either this field or the Column heading 2 field has to be completed, or both.
- Column heading 2
- Enter a column heading description to be used in the Select budget and Query group subtotals enquiry programs. Note: Either this field or the Column heading 1 field has to be completed, or both.
- Window identity
- Enter the name of the file to be used when displaying a window for this statistic key.
- Edit program
- Enter the name of the program to be used to control any special editing requirements. If left blank, alphanumeric values will be displayed left adjusted and numeric values will be displayed left adjusted without leading zeros.
- FRF field name
- Mandatory entry. Enter the Field reference file field name for this statistic key.
- Mapped to field
- Enter the field number where this statistic key can be used on Base levels. The length of this key is controlled against the field number’s length. This field is mandatory. Note: 60 is reserved for key number 189. It is always active on base level key 60 for all base levels.
- Required key
- Indicate if this statistic key is required for selecting a specific Balance type/Base level.
- TCIP allowed
- Indicate if it should be possible to perform table control interval printing for this statistic key. Table control interval printing allows you to print a separate report in the Report Writer for each entry for a statistical key.

This panel displays the balance types that have been selected for use for the selected statistic key.
- Key
- Displays the selected statistic key number and description.
- Alias
- Displays the name of the related balance type for which the statistic key is used.
- Level
- Displays the base level defined for the related balance type for which the statistic key is used.
