The panel title differs depending on if this program was accessed in simulation or update mode. If the SSP group has not been activated, this program is called in simulation mode, allowing you to view the price information for the SSP group. If the SSP group has been activated, this program is called in Update mode, allowing you to download the prices to the Item/Sales prices panel. See SSP download and Result after SSP download for more information.
This program is also called in Update mode when the price download is started from the Item file, Sales prices panel (the Download prices option). It calls the integrity checking program but the information about items and its prices are not displayed on the screen because multiple SSP groups are downloaded for the single item.
Options
| Details | Select this option to access the Standard sales price calculation enquiry to view the details of the SSP group and how the SSP was calculated. When this option is selected for an item marked as erroneous, messages informing what error occurred are displayed at the bottom of panel. |
| Qty dep prices | Select this option to view the quantity dependent pricess assigned to the selected item. |
Function keys
| Prices per pricing units/Prices per class unit | Toggle the prices per item default pricing unit and classification unit. |
| Download | Only displayed if the SPP group has been activated. Download the non-erroneous standard sales prices to the Item file and Price list. |
Selection fields
- Price list
- Displays the price list to which the SSP price group is connected.
- Standard sales price
- Displays the standard sales price that is defined for the SSP price group if it can be calculated according to the formula entered in SSP group header. When the price cannot be calculated N/A is displayed.
- Currency
- Displays the standard sales price currency for the SSP price group.
- Classification unit
- Displays the unit in which the sales prices are calculated.
- From date
- Displays the start date of the pricing period for the standard sales price.
- To date
- Displays the end date of the pricing period for the standard sales price.
- Version
- Displays the SSP version number. Version numbers are assigned to the SSP groups defined with the same item classification profile 1, item classification profile 2, price list, currency and from date.
- Item
- This column lists the item code and description.
- Old price
- This column lists the current price in the item price list per item default pricing unit or classification unit (toggle the unit by clicking the Prices per pricing units/Prices per class unit function key).
- New price
- This column lists the price calculated according to the SSP group definition per item default pricing unit or classification unit (toggle the unit by clicking the Prices per pricing units/Prices per class unit function key).
- Unit
- This column lists the sales price unit. It is the SSP group classification (calculation) unit or item default pricing unit, depending on the unit display mode you are in (toggled by clicking the Prices per pricing units/Prices per class unit function key).
- Q
- This column lists the code for YES if quantity dependent prices are connected to the item.
- E
- This column is set to YES if the new price could not be calculated because of an integrity error. See Item Classification pricing integrity check for more information.
