- Select the Work with AMT messages menu item.
- You access the main panel where you can do the following:
- Click Open, Approve, Reject and Delete to act on the messages in the appropriate manner. For more information about accepting messages with actions attached to them, see Perform a message action.
- Click Escalate to promote a message to the next level user. This is helpful if you are presented with a message that you cannot, for some reason, complete or act upon. This will ensure that the person who is responsible for dealing with the related issue, on a higher level, will receive this message.
- Click Reset to restore the global settings for a message.
- You access the Work with messages detail panel. The header text displays a brief description of the type of event that has occurred and for which you have received a message. Further down on the panel specific information about the event is shown, such as who created and sent the message and when the event was created.
- You access Work with messages, More information. On this panel more precise details about the properties of the event are displayed. Note: You can also access this panel by selecting the More info option on the main panel. Exit the routine.
Here, select the applicable message and click Display.
Click More info to view more information about the message and event.
