Accounting matrix codes are used when accounting of a combination of values from two or three tables is required for a transaction type using the table value dependent accounting method. You are also able to define accounting defaults for the matrix codes. The table numbers reserved for accounting matrix codes range from 60 to 89, which means that a maximum of 29 codes can be defined.

- This column lists the accounting matrix codes that have been defined.
- Table 1
- Displays the table reference defined for Table 1 for the matrix code.
- Table 2
- Displays the table reference defined for Table 2 for the matrix code.
- Table 3
- Displays the table reference defined for Table 3 for the matrix code.
- Table 1 description
- Displays the description of the table reference defined for Table 1 for the matrix code.
- Table 2 description
- Displays the description of the table reference defined for Table 2 for the matrix code.
- Table 3 description
- Displays the description of the table reference defined for Table 3 for the matrix code.
Work with accounting matrix codes (DMR04204)
On this panel you define the combination of table references that should be used for the table value dependent accounting method for the transaction type. You are able to specify an accounting combination of two or three tables per accounting matrix code and transaction type.
- Code
- Enter a unique code to identify the accounting matrix code. The range must be 60-89.
- Table 1
- Enter a value from the Valid tables section. You can change this value unless accounting matrix defaults have been defined. Then, this field will be protected.
- Table 2
- Enter a value from the Valid tables section. You can change this value unless accounting matrix defaults have been defined. Then, this field will be protected.

- Enter a value from the Valid tables section. You can change this value unless accounting matrix defaults have been defined. Then, this field will be protected.
Valid tables
In this section the table numbers and descriptions that are valid for the table value dependent accounting method are listed to be used for the transaction type. Any of the table numbers displayed can be entered as a valid table reference per Table 1-3.
