This panel allows you to initiate scan packing by entering or scanning the pick list number.
Scan packing of items for shipment is one of the fundamental requirements of the EANway standard. It is performed to ensure that the components (goods) that are physically packed match with the customer purchase order and the SSCC labels applied to the cartons for shipment are correct. The SSCC details are used in the ASN creation that is sent to the trading partner.
Note: The sales order must be at status 30 (pick list printed) to perform scan packing.
- Pick list number
- The number of the pick list you want to confirm. Note: If you enter a value in this field then you must not enter any information in the Pick consolidation field.
- Pick consolidation
- The number of the pick consolidation you want to confirm. Note: If you enter a value in this field then you must not enter any information in the Pick list number field.
Note: If a pick consolidation number is entered, the next panel will list all of the pick lists that are included in it.
Select pick list for scan packing (AUDD01202)
This panel is displayed when you enter the Pick consolidation number on the previous panel and click OK.

- Consolidation no
- The number of the pick consolidation you want to confirm.
- Consolidation scanned
- The scanned percentage of the items listed in all the pick list(s) of the entered consolidation number.
- Pick list
- The pick list number(s) included in the entered consolidation number.
- Customer
- The customer number.
- Name
- The customer name.
- Scan (%)
- The percentage of the items scanned with respect to the total items ordered by the customer.
- Ordered
- The total quantity of items ordered by the customer.
