Work with batch import options (FSR48701)

This panel displays all the available batch import options. In this program, you enter the applicable values, make your selections and save them as an import option. The batch import option code is then used in the Import batches from interface routine to automatically retrieve the saved values while importing transactions from the interface files.

Selection fields

Option
This column lists the existing batch import option codes.
Description
This column lists the descriptions of batch import option codes.
Batch list profile
This column lists the batch list profiles for the corresponding import options.
Template
This column lists the templates which are to be applied during transfer.
Stop after loading
This column indicates if the transfer process should be stopped before update.

Function keys

Option
Mandatory entry. Enter a code to identify the batch import option you are adding.
Description
Mandatory entry. Enter a description for the import option.
Origin code
Enter the origin code that should be used to identify the transactions in the Import batches from interface routine whenever this import option is specified.
Batch list profile
Enter the batch list profile for the import option. The batch list profile determines the lists that should be produced for the journal.
Template
Mandatory entry. Enter a template which is to be applied during transfer. During the loading process, the transferred data is completed based on the applied template definition. The template is also applied to display interface data on the entry panels.

Note: Only one template code can be selected for the import option, so the code you enter here identifies the template that is to be used for all the relevant panels, i.e. for the batch/voucher header, cash book header and for the payment panels. Make sure that a template name with the template name selected exists for each of these panels.
