Depreciation type analysis list printout (AACD5341)

Related topics

In this routine you create printouts to analyse the depreciations between different depreciation types. You create the list for a maximum of five types and one period range at a time. Note: It is also possible to include disposed assets. You define the sequence on this panel and make the selection on the next panel. The last panel is where you specify the period, etc., and the printout parameters.

On this panel you enter the specifications and printout parameters.

Depreciation type
The system proposes up to five depreciation types, in internal sequence order. You may change to other types, or delete the ones you do not want to include in the analysis. Note: If depreciation types are entered in the first and second fields only, the third column on the printout will present the difference between the two chosen depreciation types.
Period
The system defaults the first and last period for the current depreciation year. Leave as is or change the from/to period range selection for this depreciation analysis type list. Note: If you want to retrieve all depreciations up to and including the last period, you should leave the first period blank and only enter the last period.
Disposed included
Indicate if disposed assets should be included on the printout.
Totals only
Indicate if you want only totals (sub- and grand totals) printed on the list. The subtotals to be printed depend on the sequence defined.
