All item related panels for the selected template are displayed in the Description column in the same sequence as that set up on the template. For each panel you can decide in the various columns what shall or shall not be copied to the newly created item.

- Template
- Displays the template and description from which you are copying the values.
- Description
- This column lists the panels in the selected template in the same sequence as that set up on the template.
- Usage
- For each panel you can decide if:
- Original values from the “From” item shall be copied.
- Template values shall be copied (i.e. field values from any default setting in the template).
- No values shall be copied.
The panel value for Original values is the default. Leave as is, or change it to the applicable panel value.
- Detail usage
- For the Purchase and Sales price panels, you can also decide if:
- Original values (i.e. all higher level pricing information and actual prices) from the “From” item shall be copied.
- Template values shall be copied (i.e. field values from any default settings in the template).
- No detailed values (i.e. actual prices) shall be copied (i.e. just copy the higher level pricing information but not the actual prices)
The panel value for Original values is the default. Leave as is, or change it to the applicable panel value.
- WHM
- For the Warehouse management panel for an activated warehouse, you can also decide if:
- Original values from the “From” item shall be copied.
- Template values shall be copied (i.e. field values from any default setting in the template).
- No values shall be copied.

- IC
- For the Inventory management panel for an activated warehouse, you can also decide if:
- Original values from the “From” item shall be copied.
- Template values shall be copied (i.e. field values from any default setting in the template).
