Maintain Intrastat inventory movement transactions

The following describes how you maintain intrastat transactions created when goods have been moved between two warehouses located in two different EU countries. Normally you use this program when you have printed the Intrastat inventory movements printout and you have found an error, or missing information, for one or several intrastat transactions.

To exemplify, assume the following applies:

  • 3 pieces of the item have been moved
  • The weight of the item is 16,5 kg
  • The reporting unit is EACH
  • The item is moved from a warehouse located in Belgium (BL), to a warehouse located in Great Britain (GB)
  • The actual movement of the item has already been done in the Work with inventory program (Inventory movements panel).
  1. Select the Work with Intrastat inventory movements menu item.
  2. You access Intrastat inventory movements maint. You can use the fields on the bottom of the panel to find the transaction(s) to maintain. For each movement you have done in the Work with inventory program (Inventory movements panel), two transactions are created and displayed on this panel:
    • one transaction for the movement from the delivering warehouse
    • one transaction for the movement to the receiving warehouse

    The same applies if the movement is entered on an Internal replenishment order, i.e. one transaction for the delivering warehouse and one transaction for the receiving warehouse.

    Note: The Stat proc column denotes if it is a dispatch (transaction for delivering warehouse) or an arrival (transaction for receiving warehouse). For more information see Statistical procedures table.

    Mark the inventory transaction you want to maintain and click Select.

  3. You access the second Intrastat inventory movements maint panel. Complete/change the fields you want and click OK to access the second panel. (Click Delete to delete the transaction). Note: See the Panel help for detailed information about the fields on the panel.
  4. You access the third Intrastat inventory movements maint panel. Complete/change the fields you want and click OK to return to the initial panel. Exit the program.
