This panel displays all existing pick consolidations. The main purpose for pick consolidation is to simplify the picking by consolidating several orders and order lines, within the same warehouse, to be picked together. If you do not want to use the function Pick consolidation, individual pick lists can be printed in the Print sales order pick list program.
After having consolidated orders ready for pick list printout, individual and/or consolidated pick lists can be printed.
Order lines are assigned pick consolidation numbers in the Assign pick consolidation numbers program or by using the Add option on this panel.
Selection fields
- Consolid no
- This column lists the pick consolidation number.
- Wh
- This column lists the warehouse for the pick consolidation.
- User
- This column lists the handler who created the pick consolidation.
- Cr date
- This column lists the date the pick consolidation was created.
- Total weight
- This column lists the calculated, or manually entered, total gross weight for the order lines on the pick consolidation.
- Total volume
- This column lists the calculated, or manually entered, total volume for the order lines on the pick consolidation.
- Out-picking location
- This column lists the name of the location where the goods are to be placed after picking.
- Vehicle ID
- This column lists the id of the vehicle used to transport the goods.
- Calculated weight Y/N
- This column denotes if the Total gross weight was calculated by the system.
- Calculated volume Y/N
- This column denotes if the Total gross volume was calculated by the system.
- Maintained by user id
- This column lists the id of the user currently maintaining the pick consolidation.
- Out-picking zone
- This column displays the name of the zone in which the goods are to be placed after picking.
- Date printed
- This column lists the date the pick consolidation was printed on pick list.
