Work with sales price lists, Items or sales price lists, Items enquiry (DIR13901)

From this panel you can attach items to the Price list. You can also access the sales price information defined in the Item file.

Options

Note: The copy option will only perform a straightforward copy of the information. If you are copying a price to another currency a currency conversion will not be performed.

Details Select this option to view/maintain the prices valid within specific periods. Those valid within the current period are displayed first. You will be able to toggle between the current, historic and all periods.
Quantity dep prices Select this option to view/maintain the quantity dependent prices valid within the specific periods.

Selection fields

Price list
Displays the price list that you selected on the previous panel.
Item
This column displays the item code.
Currency
This column displays the currency in which the prices are expressed for this item/price list.
Unit
This column displays the sales unit for item/price list.
Actual price
This column displays the actual sales price of the item.
Price unit
Only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. This column lists the unit in which the price is presented. See About price unit handling for more information.
Item description
This column displays the description for the item.
Currency description
This column displays the description for the currency.
Unit description
This column displays the description for the unit.
Price unit description
This column displays the description for the price unit.
Qty dependent prices
This column denotes if quantity dependent prices exist for this item/price list either via a predefined set of quantity limits (Qty limit code) or uniquely defined for the item/price list.
Quantity limit code
This column displays the quantity limit code that holds the predefined set of quantity limits along with the discount.
Limit code description
This column displays the description for the quantity limit code.

Function keys

Quantity dep prices Select this option to view/maintain the quantity dependent prices (i.e. the unique quantity limits and markdown information for this item/price list).
Price list
The selected price list and description that is attached to the item.
Item
The selected item code and description.
Currency
The currency in which the prices are expressed for this item/price list.
Sales unit
The sales unit for this item/price list.
Qty dep prices
Indicates if quantity dependent prices exist for this item/price list either via a predefined set of quantity limits (Qty limit code) or uniquely defined for the item/price list. Set the field to YES or NO to include/exclude the limits from the detail level. Click the Quantity dep prices function key to view/maintain the unique quantity limits and markdown information for this item/price list. See About setting up limit dependent pricing for more information. Note: To include limits from higher level, leave the field blank.
Qty limit code
The quantity limit code that holds the predefined set of quantity limits along with the discount.
Matrix limits
This field is applicable for matrix items (single and the matrix base item) and is only displayed if the ITEMMTRX (Item matrix) function is activated in the Function control file. Set this field to YES if the quantity limits that are defined shall be compared to the total quantity for the whole matrix (i.e. not for the single item).

Item
Displays the item, that contains the sales price details, that you wish to copy to another item.
Currency
The currency in which the prices are expressed for this item/price list.
Unit
The sales unit for this item/price list.
New item
Enter the item that you wish to copy the sales price details to.
New currency
The new currency in which the prices are expressed.
New unit
The new sales unit for this item.
