This program is used to define the extended number series. This information can be accessed by the shipment preparation process, the package number series, the pallet number series, the inventory contract number series and the automatic creation of the EAN-13 number series.

- Displays the number that was last used.

- Displays the next available number.
Work with extended number series (GDMD10404)
On this panel you enter extended number series information at the detail level.
- Series
- Digits in no series
- Enter the number of digits that your number series will be comprised of. Note: The range must be from 1 to 15. If setting up an extended number series for automatic creation of EAN-13 numbers, the EAN-13 number series has to be defined with 12 digits (if not using a company prefix), or with a number of digits that together with the length of the company prefix is equal to 12. Automatic creation of EAN-13 numbers is only allowed if the EANCRT (Automatic create of EAN number) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Last number used
- Enter the number that was last used (assigned) in the series. This can be used as a starting number.
- First number to use
- Enter the starting number of the series.
- Last number to use
- Enter the last (ending) number of the series.
Work with extended number series, Copy (GDMD10405)
- Series
- Displays the series that you selected to copy.
- New series
- Enter the name of the new series.
