Setting up the call plan functionality

This panel displays the preloaded periods that can be used in the call plan functionality.

Options

Selection fields

Period ID: This column lists the period id

Description: This column lists the description of the period id.

Period length: This column lists the number of days in the period.

Previous: This column is set to YES if the period should be relocated to the previous period.

Next: This column is set to YES if the period should be relocated to the next period.

Work with contact periods (DIR40404)

This panel displays the period details.

Function keys

Period ID: Displays the period id.

Description: Displays the description of the period but can be changed.

Period length (days): Enter the length of the period in days.

Relocate to previous: Set this field to YES if the period should be relocated to the previous period.

Relocate to next: Set this field to YES if the period should be relocated to the next period.
