If you chose to perform an availability check when you created internal replenishment suggestions (the From WHS avail field in Purchase review code control table was set to YES), this program allows you to distribute the available quantity of the stock to meet the suggested requirements of a selected suggestion/warehouse/item combination. - Item
- Mandatory entry. Enter the item code. Internal replenishment suggestion lines must exist for the item/warehouse combination.
- From warehouse
- Enter the warehouse from which the selected item is to be delivered. Internal replenishment suggestion lines must exist for the item/warehouse combination. You must enter either a warehouse code or a suggestion number for the selected item.
- Suggestion number
- Enter an existing suggestion number for the selected item. You must enter either a warehouse code or a suggestion number for the selected item.

- Suggestion number
- Displays either the internal replenishment suggestion number for the selected item, or *ALL, which means, all suggestions for a selected item from a selected warehouse.
- From warehouse
- Displays the supplying warehouse of the item.
- Item
- Displays the selected item.
- Available quantity
- Displays the available quantity of the item in the selected warehouse. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - Suggested quantity
- Displays the suggested quantity, which is the sum of the quantity for each warehouse of the selected suggestion/warehouse/item combination. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - New sugg quantity
- Displays the sum of all entered new quantities, when you enter a new quantity for a warehouse and click OK. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. - New quantity
- Enter the new quantity of the selected item that you are to deliver from the supplying warehouse to the new warehouse. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. See About display/entry unit handling for more information. When you click OK, the New sugg quantity field will be updated with the sum of all entered new quantities.
