Work with reminder degrees (FKR42104)
On this panel you specify the details of the reminder degree. All degrees defined for a rule must contain detailed specifications.
The detailed specifications should include a description of the degree, and the text code indicating which reminder text should be printed on reminders issued with this rule and degree. You can decide if you want an alert message to be sent and at which degree when a document has reached this degree and the proposal is updated.
The highest degree specified in the reminder rule of a debtor is the one driving which header text is written on the next issued reminder, although other documents on a lower degree might exist. This reflects the payment behaviour of the debtor.
A reminder proposal is created at one time. When the reminders of all documents included in the proposal have been issued and sent, then the proposal, and the degree, are both updated. If the same debtor occurs in the next proposal you create, then the latest updated degree will be entered on the debtor and on the pertaining reminders.
