This panel displays all records which exist as Summary level definitions. You run this program to change the status of a summary level. During the reorganisation, summary levels at status Pending creation will be added to the balance files, those at status Pending updated will be updated in the balance files, and those at status Pending deletion will be deleted from the Summary level table.

- Mark, using any character, the summary levels that should be reorganised.
- Lvl
- Displays the summary level code.
- Name
- Displays the description of the summary level.
- Status
- Displays the status of the summary level.
Code Description Blank The summary level is active, i.e. it is used in the balance files. Pending creation The summary level has been created in the Summary level table, but does not exist in the balance files. Pending update The summary level has been changed in the Summary level table, but has not yet been updated in the balance files. Pending deletion The summary level is deleted from the balance files, but still exists in the Summary level table.
Reorganise summary levels – Selection (ANLD810)
This panel displays the summary levels that you have selected for reorganisation.
- Start reorganise at
- Enter a time (hour + minute) defining when the reorganisation should start and click OK. Note: If this field is left blank the reorganisation will be run immediately.
