This panel is used by the Forward maintenance routine. It allows you to view all of the target records, i.e. all of the records from the Business partner file, that have been selected for update. From this panel you can also Exclude selected Business partners from the update.
Note: Business partners are selected according to the search criteria that was defined for the proposal on the Work with forward maintenance proposals, Business partner selection panel.
Options
| Exclude | There may be some target Business partners which you do not wish to update. Select this option to exclude these from being updated. |
| Include | Select this option to include previously excluded Business partners, i.e. that you wish to have them included in the update. |
Selection fields
- Proposal
- Business Partner
- Displays the business partners that were selected for update.
- Name
- Displays a description of the business partner.
- Excl
- Indicates if the business partner is excluded from the update.
