In this program you can print one or more non-conformity certificates. Each certificate contains the following detailed information:
- Reasons why it is not conforming
- Conformity criteria and associated non-conforming values
- The name of the authoriser of the certificate
- The warehouse
- Any relative batch or serial number
- The stock category and whether it is usable or not
- If it is on a BtB Transit delivery
- The quantity rejected together with the unit
Additional information will also be printed, as follows, depending upon when the item was found to be non-conforming.
- If at quality control, the supplier and order details will be printed.
- If from stock, the inventory event and transaction number will be printed.
