This panel displays the documents that are to be paid by the proposed payment as well as the documents that still remain open (for the debtor and currency of the proposed payment). The documents to be paid, which are selected automatically by the system and/or manually chosen by the user, are displayed at the top of the list. The document’s amount that should be settled by the proposed payment is displayed in the Settled amount field.
On this panel you can:
- Manually change/remove the amount to be paid (Paid amount) – Select the Change option to transfer the document to the bottom of the panel for maintenance.
- Settle a document – Select the Settle option to directly settle the document. (The system automatically proposes the document’s remaining amount to be paid.)
Note: If a document that is selected to be paid still has a non-zero remaining amount, but the remaining amount fulfils the cash discount conditions, then the cash discount document will be created at payment proposal update.

- Due date
- Displays the document date of the payment. At payment proposal creation the system proposes the payment date and if the automatically proposed date is not manually changed, then this field displays:
- the due date of the document(s) automatically selected by the system (if the Cash disc due date field was set to NO at payment proposal creation),
- the cash discount due date of the document(s) automatically selected by the system (if the Cash disc due date field was set to YES).
Note: If the Calendar function is used, then these dates are adjusted according to the applied calendar. This automatically proposed payment date can be changed on the A/R payment proposal, Maintain document panel and, if so, does not reflect the selected document(s) due date (Cash discount due date).

- CAD
- This column displays the cash discount amount if the corresponding CAD code is 1 (manually assigned) or 2 (automatically assigned).

The Cash discount (i.e. Cash discount 1 or Cash discount 2) can be either manually granted/changed when the proposal is maintained, or automatically granted/assigned at payment proposal creation. The N code can be manually assigned. If done, it means that the system will not create any CAD document at payment proposal update, i.e. even if, (according to the document’s Terms of payments), CAD should be granted the system will not do that.
