From this routine you can generate printouts containing information from the Asset file.

You define the sequence on this panel, and make the selection on the next panel. On the last and final panel you decide which option should be used when selecting the information to print. The options are the same as those used in the Asset file maintenance or enquiry programs. Only information from the selected parts of the Asset file will be printed, and in the sequence defined by the option. Fields that are not displayed according to the default setup of the option will not be printed.

  • Asset type
  • Asset group
  • Responsible
  • Asset account group
  • Quality
  • Aquisition type
  • Cost centre
    Only displayed if cost centre accounting is allowed.
  • Project
    Only displayed if project accounting is allowed.

Note: The Asset number field is not available for sequencing as the asset number and asset sequence number always are the lowest sequence items.

Disposed
Indicate if you want your printout to include information regarding disposed assets.
Split
Indicate if you want your printout to include split asset information.
New page/asset
The printout that you are generating is basically a list containing the primary information that you defined in your selection criteria. In this field you define if you want the lists to be sorted by assets during printing. Indicate that information for each asset should be printed on a separate page.
Template
Enter the template you want to use for selecting and sequencing the information from the Asset file.
