This panel displays your report on sub-total level 1, i.e., the total amount for the first sequence that you have selected on the sequence selection panel. The system will display this level, i.e. the sub-total level 1, from two panels. From Work with A/R and A/P analysis report, Total level, when you select sub-totals on the sequence panel, A/R or A/P records and NO in Detail, on the specifications panel and from the Work with A/R and A/P analysis report panel when selecting the Next level option.
In the top part of the panel you will see Total, indicating the A/R or A/P total. The A/R or A/P total is the sum of the viewed lines, Sub-totals 1, at the bottom part of the panel.

Selection fields
In the top part of the panel the following fields are shown:
- Total
- Displays the level of totals (A/R or A/P) selected on the previous Work with A/R – A/P analysis reports, Total level panel.
In the bottom part of the panel the following fields are shown:
- Avg ovd
- Displays the debtor’s average overdue days. This is only calculated when Debtor/Supplier no is sequence number 1. The system always calculates statistics for average overdue days. The calculation is based on two different methods (see description below). Calculated values from both methods are stored in the Payment statistics file (see example below). In the A/R and A/P control files (the Payment stat method field) you define according to which method the average overdue days should be presented whenever displayed or printed.
- Crd lim
- Displays the debtor’s credit limit. This is only calculated when the Debtor/Supplier no field is sequence number 1. The list will display the credit limit in the currency that you have selected.
- A/D
- Note: These two fields are displayed when you have entered the code for ASCENDING or DESCENDING in Amount collation seq on the specifications panel.
