If the items that are received in the warehouse for some reason have not been labelled, then this can be done using this routine. Labels are printed based on defined selection criteria, such as items belonging to a certain purchase order, reception note or location in the warehouse. Furthermore, selections can be based on batch numbers and serial numbers.

Bar codes
The item labels can be printed with bar codes, making it easy to scan the item code with an R/F terminal during the R/F batch processing. Note: If the item label should be printed in bar codes, then Format must be set to 3 (Accelio format) in Work with document output formats for the Item label printout program.

Calculation
When labels are printed for a specific reception note, the system calculates how many labels are needed according to the selected unit. The number of labels is calculated using the conversion factor that is defined on the Item file, Units panel.
