Print a reception note for an inbound shipment

Considerations
Instead of printing the reception note and then confirming the received goods via the Confirm purchase order reception notes routine, you can use the Receive replenishment line routine instead. The advantage with using the latter routine instead of printing and confirming the reception note is that received quantities can be entered more than once to allow containers to be systematically unloaded and goods put away without having to first empty the whole container. However, all the order lines included on the shipment have to be closed and booked before the goods become available in stock.   1. Select the Work with inbound shipments menu item.
  2. Mark the shipment containing the order lines to be printed on the reception note and click Create rec note.
  3. You access Create reception note. Enter the printout parameters and click OK.
  4. You return to the Work with inbound shipments, Headers panel. Exit the routine. You now have the following options from which to choose:
