On this panel you have the possibility to connect special windows to the enquiry function you reach by pressing the function keys F13 – F24 or the related buttons. The windows that are supplied with the system are displayed and can be used in the regular way, i.e. you press F4 when the cursor is placed in a field for which information should be entered from a table or file in the system. Or, you click the prompt icon in the respective field. The information is listed in the window, and you choose what you want to enter. If you create your own windows, these can be retrieved as ordinary enquiry programs.
In the enquiry program table, there are twenty programs, named GDMC401 – GDMC420, that can be used for windows you create yourself. You can then, in your user profile, decide which function key shall be used to retrieve the window.

- In each of these twenty fields, you can enter the name of a window that should be listed among the enquiry options as programs GDMC401 – GDMC420.
