Service order enquiry, Job line detail (SOR17104)
This panel displays the detailed information for the selected service order line.
Function keys
- Line
- Displays the line number of the service order line.
- Orig. status
- Displays the original status of the service order line.
- Act. status
- Displays the actual status of the service order line.
- Item
- Displays the item and description of the service order line.
- Job
- Displays the job number to which the service order line belongs.
- Invoice recommended
- Indicates if recommended quantity should be used when calculating the amount the be invoiced.
- Debit code
- Displays the debit code of the service order line.
- Causing part
- Indicates if the item for this service order line is a causing part or not. A causing part is the actual item that caused the failure. Only one item can be causing part within a job.
- Closed
- Indicates if this service order line has been released for invoicing. If the service order line has been closed (in the service order close routine), the line has been released for invoicing.
- Return list
- Displays the return list number of the service order line. By using the return list you can return not used spare parts to the warehouse.
- Return line
- Displays the return list line number of the service order line.
- Returned quantity
- Displays the returned quantity of the service order line, that is the quantity that is returned (using the service return items program), but not yet updated to the warehouse.
- Actual quantity
- Displays the actual quantity of the service order line.
- Recommended quantity
- Displays the recommended quantity of the service order line.
- Engineer
- Displays the engineer responsible of the job.
