This panel displays all the loaded declaration transactions according to the selections made on the initial Selection panel. To exclude a transaction from the declaration, inactivate the transaction from the declaration file. The inactive transactions can be re-activated also.

Selection fields
- Identity
- This column lists the declaration identities that identify the transactions.
- Code
- This column lists the declaration codes that identify the type of transactions.
- Syid
- This column lists the system ID’s of the declaration transactions. System ID’s can be either G/L, A/R or A/P.
- Bus partner
- This column lists the business partners associated with the transactions.
- Coun
- This column lists the countries associated with the transactions.
- Date
- This column lists the voucher dates of the transactions.
- Trans amount
- This column lists the amounts of the transactions.
- Curr
- This column lists the currencies of the transactions.
- S
- In this column the statuses of the transactions are indicated. It can be either blank (active) or I (Inactive).
Work with declaration transaction (BEGD0784)
This panel displays the details of the selected declaration transaction. You can only change the declaration identity, declaration code, and the country information.
- System id
- Displays the system identity of the selected declaration transaction.
- Customer/supplier nr
- Displays the customer or supplier number associated with the transaction.
- Voucher date
- Displays the voucher date on which the transaction was created.
- Transaction amount
- Displays the transaction amount.
- Transaction currency
- Displays the currency details in which the transaction was created.
- System amount
- Displays the system amount of the transaction.
- Declaration identity
- Displays the declaration identity, but can be changed.
- Declaration code
- Displays the declaration code of the selected transaction, but can be changed.
- Country
- Displays the country for which the transactions were declared, but can be changed.

On this panel you can sort and filter the declaration transaction records. Note: By default, only the active transaction records are displayed. To view the inactive transaction records, set the Status value to 1 and I and then, click OK.
