Asset split enquiry (AACD4421)

Related topics

On this panel you make enquiries on the asset split transactions in the system. You enter the asset number for the asset you want to examine and click OK. The acquisition value for the original asset is displayed, as well as the split basis and the split date. Only one level at a time is shown. The base level is the asset which has been split, and the second level can be either:

  • two new assets, in which case the original asset has been closed, or
  • a new asset and the original asset.

The assets on the second level can be examined in their turn, to check whether or not they have been split. Once an asset number has been selected as base level, the two second level assets are displayed.
