This panel displays credit information, in system or reporting currency, about the debtor’s credit status.
Function keys
- Debtor number
- Enter the number of the debtor for which you want information and click OK. The internal name and telephone number of the selected debtor will be shown next to the number. The available function keys give access to different kinds of information for the entered debtor.
- A/R balance
- Displays the debtor’s A/R balance.
- Portfolio balance
- The portfolio balance for the debtor is displayed if the debtor has open bill transactions defined with data type 6 (bill transactions).
- A/P balance
- The debtor’s A/P balance is displayed if the debtor is defined with data type 3 (difference documents).
- Invoiced not transf
- Displays the total balance for the invoices that have not been transferred from DC1 Distribution to DC1 Financials.
- Total open orders
- The debtor’s total open order balance is retrieved from DC1 Distribution.
- Open orders
- Displays the total open order balance retrieved from DC1 Distribution, for the debtor up until the date displayed in Open through date.
- Open through date
- Displays the date of the open orders for the debtor. The date is based on the number of days entered in Open order days in Work with credit profiles. Note: If the value is 0 or a credit profile is missing for the debtor, then the number of days will be retrieved from the DIS control file.
- Total balance
- Displays the total balance for the debtor. The calculation of this balance is the sum of the A/R balance, A/P balance, Invoiced not transf and Open orders fields. The values calculated from the two last fields are retrieved from DC1 Distribution.
- Overdue
- Indicates whether or not the debtor’s past due amount is overdue according to the Max overdue days and Max overdue amount fields in Work with credit profiles.
- Credit review date
- Displays the date on which the last credit review was performed.
- [MONTH] Avg odue
- The debtor’s average number of days overdue for the actual period is defined in the G/L control file. Note: If the number of days is a negative number, the debtor paid the invoices, on average, before they were due.
- Base credit limit
- The base credit limit for the debtor is defined in Work with credit profiles. See Credit overdraw percentage for further details.
- Current past due am
- Displays the current status of the debtor’s total overdue amount. This accumulated value is taken from the debtor’s record in the credit time axis, and is used to determine whether the debtor has exceeded the maximum overdue amount set up in Work with credit profiles.
- Credit overdraw %
- This field can be blank or a percentage can be given. See Credit overdraw percentage for further details.
- Oldest past due date
- Displays the date of the debtor’s oldest overdue document. This value is taken from the debtor’s record in the A/R credit time axis, and is used to determine whether the debtor has exceeded the maximum overdue days set up in Work with credit profiles. Note: Time axis records with a negative balance, i.e. credit, will not be included when the system searches for the oldest past due date.
- Credit limit
- The total credit limit for the debtor is defined in Work with credit profiles. See Credit overdraw percentage for further details.
- Credit stop code
- The credit stop code for the debtor determines if you are allowed to sell to a customer/debtor with a certain credit stop code, if the sales order is to be held and if the terms of payment code is to be changed. See Credit stop code handling for further details.
- Last invoice date
- The last date indicates when invoices from DC1 Distribution were generated. This field is automatically updated by the system.
- [MONTH] Paid am
- The debtor’s paid amount for the actual period is defined in the G/L control file.
- Last payment date
- The last payment date indicates when a payment was entered or transferred. This field is automatically updated by the system.
- Agreements
- Indicates if agreements exist for the debtor or not.
- Last reminder date
- The latest date indicates when the reminder degree was updated for the debtor. The document can have been printed on a reminder after this date, for information only, if a reminder was issued to the debtor for other documents. The number of days between reminders specified in the defined for the debtor and the specified method are used to calculate how to treat the days between reminders. See Date handling in the reminder routine for further details.
- Customer structure
- Only shown if the Business partner structure function is activated. Indicates if the debtor exists in a customer structure or not.
- Last interest date
- The last document date indicates when the interest was updated for this debtor. This field is automatically updated by the system.
A/R credit info enquiry, Credit status (FKR59502)
This panel displays additional A/R related credit information for the debtor.
Function keys
- Debtor number
- Enter the number of the debtor for which you want information and click OK. The internal name and telephone number of the selected debtor will be shown next to the number. The function keys shown give access to different kinds of information for the entered debtor.
- Credit profile
- The code from Work with credit profiles indicates the credit profile set up for the customer. Credit profiles define when a customer’s orders will be put on credit hold for an overdue A/R balance.
- Open order days
- The open order days for the debtor are entered in Work with credit profiles. Note: If the value is 0 or a credit profile is missing for the debtor, then the number of days will be retrieved from DIS control file.
- Max overdue days
- Displays the maximum number of days allowed for an overdue A/R balance. If the number of days exceed the number of days shown here, the customer’s order will be put on credit hold. The amount of days is retrieved from Work with credit profiles. This field works in combination with Max overdue amount.
- Max overdue amount
- Displays the maximum amount allowed for an overdue A/R balance. If the amount exceeds this value, the customer’s orders will be put on credit hold. The amount is retrieved from Work with credit profiles. This field works in combination with Max overdue days.
- Release handler
- This signature indicates the person responsible for credit handling issues. This code is defaulted into the Work with held sales orders file, in DC1 Distribution, for sales orders that are automatically put on hold by the system due to credit reasons.
- Terms of payment
- Displays the code for the terms of payment under which the debtor will be invoiced. This is defined for each debtor in the Business partner file, in A/R basic data, using information retrieved from Work with terms of payment.
- Extra cash days
- Displays the number of days to be added to the cash discount days so that a delayed payment will still entitle the debtor to the cash discount. The extra days are added at invoice entry.
- Statement of account
- Indicates if statements of account are to be issued for the debtor or not.
- Reminder rule
- Displays a code retrieved from the Business partner file (A/R basic data) indicating the reminder rule defined for the debtor.
- Days betw rem/method
- Displays the number of days between reminders specified in the reminder rule defined for the debtor and the method used to calculate how to treat the days between reminders. See Date handling in the reminder routine for further details.
- Highest rem degree
- Indicates the highest number of reminder degrees allowed according to the reminder rule defined for the debtor.
- Reminder grace days
- Displays the number of grace days allowed according to the reminder rule defined for the debtor. This value is only used for reminder degree one. For other degrees, the due date is used.
- Interest rule
- Displays the code from the Interest rule table denoting the rule that should apply to the debtor for issuing of interest invoices for late payments. The interest rule forms the basis of the interest proposal functionality which enables you to create an individual interest invoicing routine for a debtor.
