Re-schedule manufacturing orders, Critical resources (Work centres) (REQ009A)

The purpose of this program is to re-schedule manufacturing orders with finite capacity. The program can be executed in mode for only produced reports with new calculated start and completion date (open manufacturing orders with a work centre defined as a critical resource) or executed in mode for re-schedule of the orders. The mode is determined by what has been entered in the Re-schedule orders field.

Note: Manufacturing order operations that have been started (operation status 40) or manufacturing order operations that have been locked will not be included in the re-schedule calculation.

Main sort sequence
The code indicates how the manufacturing orders should be sorted.

Valid codes are:

Code Description
1 Sort by planned start date for the manufacturing order operations.
2 Sort by planned start week for the manufacturing order operations.
3 Sort by original planned start date for the manufacturing order operations.
4 Sort by original planned start week for the manufacturing order operations.
5 No main sort sequence. All operations will get the same value.
Sequence
The sequence 1, 2, 3 or 4, indicates how the information should be organised. Enter 1 for primary sort order. Enter 2 if you want to sort the information further within each parameter selected with sequence 1, etc.

Sales order value
The code indicates the value that should be used for sequence sorting when sales order has been selected in the sequence fields.

Valid codes are:

2 Profit value
3 Invoiced amount
Warehouse
Work centre
First schedule date
The date indicates the first possible planning date for the orders in the critical work centre. The orders will be re-scheduled starting from the entered date.
Pln start horizon
The horizon date to be used as a selection for which manufacturing order operation (planned start date) to be included in the re-schedule.
Re-schedule orders
Indicates if the manufacturing order should be re-scheduled or if only a control list should be produced with the new calculated planned start and completion date.
Lock operation
Indicates if the operations should be locked after the re-scheduling of the manufacturing orders. This is only allowed if Re-schedule orders is set to YES.
Print control list
Indicates if a control list, showing the changes, should be printed with the new calculated start and completion dates.
Only changed orders
Indicates if only those orders that actually have been re-scheduled or are to be re-scheduled (depending on what was specified in the Re-scheduled orders field above) should be printed.
