Enter the line text for this line. This field is mandatory if you enter code 03 in the Line code field.
Line code
Enter a code to determine the line type.

Valid codes are:

Code Description

04 calculated line
Print code

Sequence number
You can enter a sequence number if you want the line to appear elsewhere on the print-out than in the position its line number gives it.
Sum to line
Enter the line number to which the value of this line will be carried for summation. The sum line must, however, have been created before you can refer to it. If you want the value to be subtracted, enter a negative line number. You can enter several line numbers, if the value of this line shall be brought for summation to more than one line.
Calculation
If you entered 4 in the Line code field, this field is mandatory. Enter a formula, if the line shall consist of values calculated from other lines or a percentage from the Percentage table. Lines are stated in the LXX format, where XX is the line number. You can only use line numbers with lower numbers than the line you are working with. Percentages are stated in the %XX format, where XX is the code for percentage from the Percentage table.

You can also use the SLP code when calculating values. SLP, which means SELECTED PERIOD is the current period number, retrieved when printing the report, to be used when calculating an average for the values in the selected periods. You can also use logical operators (<,>,=,<=,>=), where the value preceding the operator is checked against the value after the operator, if it is false the value preceding the operator will be zero.

Example: ((L530 + L718)/%33 + (L384 * 3))/SLP

You can add a comment to the formula, if you wish. A comment must be preceded by an exclamation mark (|). The line numbers in the calculation have been adjusted according to the adjustment number you entered earlier, if any adjustments were made.

Note: For a constant value of 30000, enter 30000*1 on the calculation line.

Note: The calculation on a line is always performed before the calculation in a column.
