This panel displays all lines that have been created for the selected report. You can add, change, copy or delete lines.
Options

Selection fields
- Line no
- Displays the line number of the report
- Text
- Displays the text on the line.
- Status
- Displays if there is error in the Select key values (ANLD5521) panel that has been done for the line.
Work with report lines (RWRD11504)
You can access this panel in three different modes. If you selected the Add option from the previous panel, all fields can be maintained. If you selected the Change option, all fields except the Line number key field can be maintained. If you selected the Display option, no fields can be maintained.
On this panel you decide what information each line in the report shall contain.
Note: The calculation on a line is always performed before the calculation in a column.
Function keys
- Report
- Displays the name and description of the report.
- Line number
- This field is used only for new entries. Enter the number that shall represent the line you are creating.
- Line text
- Enter the line text for this line. This field is mandatory if you enter code 03 in the Line code field.
- Line code
- Enter a code to determine the line type.

- Print code
- Enter a code to determine how the line should appear when printed.

- Blanks before
- Enter the number of blank lines that will precede the line.
- Blanks after
- Enter the number of blank lines that will follow after the line.
- Index line
- You can enter a line number which shall be the basis for index calculation. The value on the line you are creating now, will then be expressed as a percentage of the value on the line you state as index line, in the index column.
- Sequence number
- You can enter a sequence number if you want the line to appear elsewhere on the print-out than in the position its line number gives it.
- Sum to line
- Enter the line number to which the value of this line will be carried for summation. The sum line must, however, have been created before you can refer to it. If you want the value to be subtracted, enter a negative line number. You can enter several line numbers, if the value of this line shall be brought for summation to more than one line.
- Calculation
- If you entered 4 in the Line code field, this field is mandatory. Enter a formula, if the line shall consist of values calculated from other lines or a percentage from the Percentage table. Lines are stated in the LXX format, where XX is the line number. You can only use line numbers with lower numbers than the line you are working with. Percentages are stated in the %XX format, where XX is the code for percentage from the Percentage table.
You can also use the SLP code when calculating values. SLP, which means SELECTED PERIOD is the current period number, retrieved when printing the report, to be used when calculating an average for the values in the selected periods. You can also use logical operators (<,>,=,<=,>=), where the value preceding the operator is checked against the value after the operator, if it is false the value preceding the operator will be zero.
Example: ((L530 + L718)/%33 + (L384 * 3))/SLP
You can add a comment to the formula, if you wish. A comment must be preceded by an exclamation mark (|). The line numbers in the calculation have been adjusted according to the adjustment number you entered earlier, if any adjustments were made.
Note: For a constant value of 30000, enter 30000*1 on the calculation line.

- Displays the name of the report from which you are copying lines.

- Displays the number of the line you are copying.
- New line no
- Enter the number of the new line.
