Delete documents from a group document proposal

You can delete documents from a proposal on two different levels:

  • All documents for a debtor/currency.
  • One single document.
  1. Select the Work with A/R group documents menu item.
  2. On the A/R grouped documents – overview panel, select the proposal you want to maintain.
  3. You access A/R grouped documents – select activity. Tick Maintain proposal and click OK.
  4. You access A/R grouped documents – maintain with a suggestion of the group documents. The documents are grouped per Debtor and Transaction currency. To see all detail documents which comprise a group document, select the group document. Tip: You can use the Debtor no and Curr fields at the bottom of the panel to position on Debtor number and Transaction currency.
  5. You access A/R grouped documents – maintain with all the detail documents for the grouped document you marked on the previous panel.
  6. Due date
    Dt
    Doc no
    Doc date
    These four fields display information about the documents included in the group document.
    Transaction amount
    Displays the remaining amount of the included documents. Note: The amount displayed at the top right corner of the panel is the total amount of the group document, meaning a summation of the remaining amount of the documents.
    1. To delete all the documents for the debtor/currency, click Delete. Click Delete again to confirm.
    2. To delete a single document from the proposal, select the document you want to delete to see the details for that document.
    3. On the A/R grouped documents – maintain, Delete document panel, click Delete twice.

    Exit the routine.
