The purpose of this program is to work with manufacturing orders. The default displays all manufacturing order headers that are currently in the system. They appear in descending order number order.

Select this option to maintain manufacturing order header information. Note: Maintenance is only allowed when order status is less than 60. |

Select this option to view a manufacturing order. |

Select this option to print shop floor document. |

Select this option to view material and capacity clearance. |
| Clearance (Pmt) |
Select this option to view material and capacity clearance. Before the enquiries are displayed you have the option to change the parameter values that are used in the material and capacity shortage calculation. |
| Network costing view |
Select this option to access the Costing view/Totals enquiry where you can view the costing elements re-calculated; taking sub-assembly order (order network) into account and summarizing the lower level orders, element by element, up to selected manufacturing order. |
| Reset st |
Select this option to roll back the header status. It is only possible to roll from status 10 (ready) and 20 (printed). Note: It is not possible to roll back the status if the status is 10 (ready) and no batch clearance (05) is required. |
| Retr BOM/BOR |
Select this option to retrieve a changed item structure. The new material and operations will be updated on the manufacturing order. A variant can be selected if the Variant handling field is set to YES in the MFG control file. Note: This option is only allowed if the following is true:
- The order status is equal to or less than 10.
- The item is not of item class 3 (configuration item).
- The item is not connected to a project element.

Select this option to maintain the manufacturing order bill of material. Note: Maintenance is only allowed when order status is less than 60. |
| Bill of routing |
Select this option to maintain the manufacturing order bill of routing. Note: Maintenance is only allowed when order status is less than 60. |
| Track |
Select this option to track events for a manufacturing order. |
Unlock |
Select this option to unlock a locked order. This can only be performed by the user who caused the lock in the first place. |

Selection fields
- Order
- Status
- The code indicates the status of the manufacturing order.
Valid codes are:
- Item
- The code that identifies the item.
- Whs
- Quantity
- Item description
- Displays a description of the record.
- Start time
- The time when the order is planned to be started. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Compl time
- The time when the order is planned to be completed. This field is only displayed if the MPL-TIME (Plan operation by date/time) function is activated in the Function control file.
