This panel displays all order lines for a specific order.
Options

Profit | Only allowed if the user has authority to view profit information. Select this option to view the order line profit. |

Batches | This option is only allowed if the item is batch controlled. Select this option to view the batch information for the service order line. |

Profit | View the service order profit. |

Header | View the order header. |
Order settlements | Access the Order settlements panel to view credit card, cash or cheque payments that have been entered for this transaction. |
Display reporting currency | View the amount(s) in system currency and reporting currency. Note: Only displayed if a reporting currency is defined in Work with companies and if it has a fixed exchange rate, i.e. Fixed exchange rate is set to YES in Work with currencies for this currency. |
- Line
- This column displays the order line number.
- Item
- This column displays the item code.
- Quantity
- This column displays the ordered quantity in sales unit. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. See About display/entry unit handling for more information.
- Whs
- This column displays the code from the Warehouse table denoting the warehouse from which the item should be delivered.
- Disp dat
- This column indicates the date when the order line must be dispatched.
- Line in error
- This column is set to YES if the line is in error.
- Item/Description
- This column displays the item code and description concatenated.
- Item description
- This column displays the item description.
- Sales unit
- This column displays the sales unit for the item.
- Confirmed qty
- This column displays the confirmed quantity in sales unit. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. The partial units could be displayed with decimal positions for the Display/Entry unit or by a dual display/entry of both the Display/Entry unit and the Stock unit separated by a user-defined delimiter. See About display/entry unit handling for more information.
- Status
- This column lists the status of the order line.
- Orig status
- This column displays the first status the order line received when it was created.
- Backlog
- This column displays the backlog code from any of the following:
- Item (Item file)
- Handling status table
- Sales order type on the order (Sales order type table)
The backlog setting denotes if a back order is allowed for this order line. If set to YES, the order line will become a back order at pick confirmation or at invoicing. If set to NO, a back order will not be created even if the order line is not delivered in full. This code, however, can be overridden during Pick list confirmation.
- Backlogged
- This column is set to YES if the line has been backlogged.
- Link type
- This column displays the link type denoting what kind of line is displayed, i.e. Parent or Component, FOC base or FOC item line. See Link types for more information.
- Matrix
- This column is set to YES for those order lines on which the item is a matrix item.
- Sales price ord curr
- This column displays the gross sales price of the item in order currency.
- Price unit
- This column is only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the unit in which the price is presented. See About price unit handling for more information.
- Price code
- This column displays the price code denoting how the sales price was established. The price code is defined in the Item price code table.
- Price code description
- This column displays the description of the price code.
- VAT incl
- This column denotes if VAT is included in the sales price.
- Net sales prc VAT excl ord curr
- This column displays the net sales price (VAT excluded) in order currency.
- Disc ID
- This column displays the discount id, holding the reason for the discount, that was assigned to the discount amount or discount percentage. If multiple line discounts exist, this is identified by the panel value *MULT in this column. Tip: Click the Discounts option to view the discount information for the line.
- Disc amount
- This column displays the accumulated discount amount in order currency or accumulated discount percentage applied on the line. These do not include header discounts. Tip: Click the Discounts option to view the discount information for the line.
- Disc %
- If a discount percentage or multiple discount percentages were applied on the line, this column displays the accumulated discount percentage. Multiple discounts are identified by the panel value *MULT in the Disc ID field. Tip: Click the Discounts option to view the discount information for the line.
- FOC
- This column is set to YES if the order line is free of charge.
- Net sales prc disc excl ord
- This column displays the net sales price in order currency. VAT and line discount excluded.
- Net amount ord curr
- This column displays the net amount in order currency. VAT and line discount excluded.
- Net sales prc disc excl sys curr
- This column displays the net sales price in system currency. VAT and line discount excluded.
- Net amount sys curr
- This column displays the net amount in system currency. VAT and line discount excluded.
- Total amt excl VAT
- This column displays the total amount in system currency excluding VAT.
- VAT amount
- This column displays the VAT amount in system currency.
- Total amt incl VAT
- This column displays the total amount in system currency including VAT.
- SMS rebate total
- This column displays the total SMS rebate for the order line. Only applicable if the DC1 Customer/Supplier Rebates (RBT) application is installed and activated.
- Rebate calc
- This column denotes if the order line is defined for rebate calculation. Only applicable if the DC1 Customer/Supplier Rebates (RBT) application is installed and activated.
- Expected rebate amt
- This column displays the expected rebate amount for a sales order line. Only applicable if the RBT-SOE (Rebate calculation at SO entry) function is activated in the Function control file.
- Sales order prio
- This column displays the code from the Sales order priority table denoting the priority of the sales order line. Order lines with priority 1 have higher priority than lines with priority 2, etc.
- Back order prio
- This column displays the back order priority code for the sales order line. In the event of a shortage in stock the back order deliveries can be dispatched via the Work with sales order allocation routine according to their priority.
- Hld
- This column denotes if the order line is held from further processing. If set to YES, the value below the Reason column heading denotes the reason why the order line is being held.
- Reason
- This column denotes the reason for the order line being held. If held for several reasons, then ++ is displayed.
- Txt
- This column denotes if text has been defined on the order line. Click the Text option to view the text.
- EDI created
- This column is set to YES if the order line is created via Data Interchange (i.e. the order line is part of an EDI order that the customer has sent).
- Line addr
- This column displays the line specific delivery address number, if one has been defined.
- Line MOT
- This column displays the line specific manner of delivery code. This MOT code will only be displayed if it differs from the MOT on the sales order header.
- Line TOD
- This column displays the line specific terms of delivery code. This TOD code will only be displayed if it differs from the TOD on the sales order header.
- Promised date
- This column displays the date when the order was promised to be dispatched.
- Delivery date
- This column displays the date when the goods will be delivered to your customer.
- Req del date
- This column displays the delivery date that was requested by the customer.
- Available quantity
- This column is only displayed if the DSPAVAIL (Display availability) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the availability for the item according to today’s date.
- Available date
- This column is only displayed if the DSPAVAIL (Display availability) function is activated in the Function control file. If the available quantity in stock does not cover the quantity on the sales/quotation line this column will display the date, according to the time axis, when the quantity will be available.
- Pick list no
- This column displays the pick list number if the order line has been printed on a pick list.
- Pick list line
- This column displays the pick list line number if the order line has been printed on a pick list.
- Pack reported
- This column denotes if pack reporting has been performed for the order line.
- Route
- This column displays the delivery route that was defined for this order.
- Departure
- This column denotes the point of departure of the route.
- Destination
- This column displays the destination at your customer.
- Shipment no
- This column displays the shipment number if the order line is part of a shipment.
- Shipment marking
- This column displays the text for shipment marking.
- Order property
- Only displayed if the Order property functionality is activated in the DIS control file. The code is retrieved from Work with order properties. See Setting up the order property functionality for more information.
- Nature of trans
- Only applicable if the EU reporting function is activated. This column denotes the nature of transaction used in the reporting of EU statistics.
- Commodity code
- Only applicable if the EU reporting function is activated. This column displays the commodity code for the item.
- Gross weight
- This column displays the gross weight of the item on the order line.
- Net weight
- This column displays the net weight of the item on the order line.
- Gross volume
- This column displays the gross volume of the item on the order line.
- Net volume
- This column displays the net volume of the item on the order line.
- Supplier
- This column displays the supplier of the item and BtB purchase order.
- Purchase order type
- For BtB purchase orders, this column displays the connecting purchase order type.
- Transit
- Only applicable for BtB orders. This column denotes if the order line is a BtB order line with a transit delivery (i.e. the order line will be delivered from the supplier to your transit stock and then to the customer).
- Direct
- Only applicable for BtB orders. This column denotes if the order line is a BtB order line with a direct delivery (i.e. the order line will be delivered directly from the supplier to the customer).
- Purchase order no
- Only applicable for BtB orders. This column displays the purchase order number that was generated from the connecting order.
- Purchase order line
- Only applicable for BtB orders. This column displays the line number of the purchase order and purchase order line.
- BtB PO sts
- Only applicable for BtB orders. This column lists the statuses of the BtB purchase orders associated with the corresponding sales orders.
- Con
- This column displays the type of connection to another order.

- Con prod order
- This column is set to YES if the order line is connected to a manufacturing order.
- MDC SO nbr
- Only applicable for MDC orders. This column lists the MDC sales order numbers associated with the corresponding sales order. If this is an MDC order and the column is being viewed by the MDC demanding company, this column displays the corresponding sales order number (generated from this sales order) in the MDC supplying company.
If this column is being viewed by the MDC supplying company, this column displays the corresponding sales order number (that generated this sales order) in the MDC demanding company.
- MDC SO lin
- Only applicable for MDC orders. This column lists the MDC sales order lines associated with the corresponding sales order. If this column is being viewed by the MDC demanding company then the order line number in the MDC supplying company is displayed. If this column is being viewed by the MDC supplying company then the sales line order number in the MDC demanding company is displayed.
- MDC PO nbr
- Only applicable in the MDC supplying company for MDC orders. This column displays the purchase order number in the MDC demanding company.
- MDC PO lin
- Only applicable in the MDC supplying company for MDC orders. This column displays the purchase order number in the MDC demanding company.
- MDC SO sts
- Only applicable for MDC orders. This column, which is only applicable for MDC order types by the MDC demanding company, lists the sales order line status in the MDC supplying company.
- Mfg order nbr
- Only applicable for Manufacturing orders. This column lists the manufacturing order numbers associated with the corresponding sales orders.
- Mfg order sts
- Only applicable for Manufacturing orders. This column lists the manufacturing order statuses associated with the corresponding sales orders.
- MDC/MFG order nbr
- Only applicable for MDC Manufacturing orders. This column lists the MDC manufacturing order numbers associated with the corresponding sales order.
- MDC/MFG order sts
- Only applicable for MDC Manufacturing orders. This column lists the statuses of the MDC manufacturing orders associated with the corresponding sales order.
- Inventory contract
- Only applicable if DC1 Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) is activated. This column lists the inventory contract to which the sales order line is connected. See About consuming goods from Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) for links to specific instructions per inventory contract type.
- Project
- Only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing and DC1 Project are installed and activated. This column displays a project number from the Project file denoting the project to which this sales order is connected. The project id is the combination of Project, Phase and Cost code.
- Phase
- Only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing and DC1 Project are installed and activated. This column displays a phase from the Project file denoting the phase of the project to which this sales order is connected.
- Cost code 1
- Only displayed if DC1 Project is installed and activated. This column displays cost code 1 to which the sales order is connected. The cost code is part of the project id, together with Project and Phase and is used to total up cost price and reported values on the project.
- Cost code 2
- Only displayed if DC1 Project is installed and activated. This column displays cost code 2 to which the sales order is connected. The cost code is part of the project id, together with Project and Phase and is used to total up cost price and reported values on the project.
- Recommended qty
- Only applicable for service orders. This column displays the recommended quantity which is the quantity that will be used as the quantity to invoice, if Fixed price parts (applies for spare parts) or Fixed price service item (applies for service items) is set to YES.
- Actual qty
- Only applicable for service orders. This column displays the actual quantity which is the quantity that will used as the quantity to invoice, if Fixed price parts (applies for spare parts) or Fixed price service item (applies for service items) is set to NO.
- Debit
- Only applicable for service orders. This column displays the debit code defined for the service order line. If a debit code is entered, the order line is considered as being internal. This means that the debtor and invoice customer on the invoice generated from the order line will be the internal customer defined for the debit code in the Debit code table.
- Causing part
- This column, which is only for informational purposes, denotes if this is the spare part that required the object to be serviced (causing part).
- NDC item code
- This column is only available to display via the Edit columns feature for Pharma US installations and is applicable for the ARCOS functionality and the ePedigree functionality.
For the ARCOS functionality, this column displays the NDC item code if the purchase order line is for an item that has been classified as a narcotic item. See About the ARCOS functionality (Pharma US) for more information.
For the ePedigree functionality, this column displays the NDC item code if the purchase order line is for a batch/date controlled item that has been activated for ePedigree tracking. See About the ePedigree functionality (Pharma US) for more information.
- Invoice quantity
- This column is only available to display via the Edit columns feature if the Bonus pricing policy parameter is set to YES in the DIS control file. If the same item bonus functionality is set up in the system and the setup stipulations are met for the item on the order line, the quantity that is invoiced to the customer will be less than the ordered quantity for the item. This column displays the quantity that will be invoiced for this order line. If nothing is displayed in this column, the order quantity will be invoiced.
- Conf date
- This column displays the date when the order was confirmed.

This panel displays the service information for the order line.

- Causing part
- Indicates if the item for this service order line is a causing part. A causing part is the actual item that caused the failure. Only one item can be a causing part within a job.
- Return list
- Displays the return list number of the service order line. By using the return list you can return non-used spare parts to the warehouse.
- Return line
- Displays the return list line number of the service order line.
- Returned quantity
- Displays the returned quantity of the service order line. This is the quantity that is returned, using the Work with service order parts returns program, but not yet updated to the warehouse.
- Invoice recommended
- Indicates if recommended quantity should be used when calculating the amount to be invoiced.
- Actual quantity
- Displays the actual quantity of the service order line.
- Recommended quantity
- Displays the recommended quantity of the service order line.
Sales order enquiry or Service order enquiry, Order line, Main information (DSR12505)
This panel displays the main information for the order line that you selected.
If line or header discounts exist, then you can access the Work with discounts program via a function in the Function list to view the discounts. Note: This program is not accessible for a component in a sales structure that has sales price calculation code 3 or 4.

- Displays the order quantity. If the unit is equal to the D/E-unit for the item, this quantity could display two units in the same quantity field. - Confirm qty

- Displays the recommended quantity of the service order line.
- Backlog
- Displays the backlog code from any of the following:

- Sales order type on the order (Sales order type table)

- Discount %
- If a discount percentage or multiple discount percentages were applied on the line, this field displays the accumulated discount percentage. Multiple discounts are identified by the panel value *MULT in the Discount ID field. Tip: Access the function for Discounts from the Function list to view the Line discount information.
- Discount ID
- Displays the discount id, holding the reason for the discount, that was assigned to the discount amount or discount percentage. If multiple line discounts exist, this is identified by the panel value *MULT in this field.
- Price unit
- This field is only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the unit in which the price is presented. See About price unit handling for more information.
- Price unit qty
- This field is only displayed if the PRCUNIT (Price unit handling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the price unit quantity (i.e. the sales quantity presented according to the price unit). See About price unit handling for more information.
- Net line pr
- Displays the net sales price for the line, excluding header discounts, and when all line discounts are withdrawn. The net line sales price is shown in system currency.
- Net line am
- Displays the net amount, excluding header discounts, in system currency for the line.
- Price code
- Specifies how the sales price was established. The price code is defined in the Item price code table.
- Man priced
- This field is populated during the very first entry of the line. It is set to YES if the user manually enters a price and/or discount and/or the FOC field is set YES. In all other cases it will be set to NO. If the price and/or discount is added or changed later on for the line it will not affect this flag.
This field works in conjunction with the handling of additional discounts. If the Additional discount field in the DIS control file is set to NO and you manually enter a price or discount at creation then no other discounts, except H type will be automatically applied during the pricing and re-pricing of this line. - Catch weight
- This field is only displayed if the CTCH-WGT (Catch weight handling) function is activated in the Function control file. It will be set to YES if the order line is flagged for catch weight handling. See About catch weight handling for price units for more information.
Sales order enquiry or Service order enquiry, Order line, Additional information 1 (DSR12506)
This panel displays additional dispatch and pricing information for the order line that you selected.
If line or header discounts exist, then you can access the Work with discounts program via a function in the Function list to view the discounts. Note: This program is not accessible for a component in a sales structure that has sales price calculation code 3 or 4.

- OFR used
- Displayed for informational purposes only and does not have any influence when an existing line is changed or replanned. The first part of this field displays the OFR code retrieved from the order header for the customer. If the OFR code was manually entered when creating an order line, to override the code retrieved from the order header, the second part of this field will display the manually entered code. See OFR (Order Fulfilment Rule) code.
- NCC number
- Only displayed if the following is true:
- The NCC-SELL (NCC Selling) function is activated in the Function control file.
- The NCC goods flag for the customer (in the Customer file) is anything but zero (meaning the customer does not accept NCC stock deliveries).
- The order is not a credit order, internal or BtB order.
When the requested quantity, according to the rules, is covered by NCC quantity the NCC number will be retrieved when adding an order line. The NCC number denotes that the order quantity is covered by NCC stock and that a reservation of the order quantity is made on the NCC.

- Alloc number
- Displays the allocation number in which the sales order was included.
- Alloc qty
- Displays the quantity that was allocated to the order line.
- Alloc conf
- Denotes if the allocation has been confirmed.
Pricing, Additional
- Cost price
- Only displayed if the user has the authority to view the cost price. Displays the cost price of the item, in system currency, indicating the stock value. The cost price is used, for example, when calculating the profit margin of the order line. If a fictitious item, this field displays the standard cost price from the Item file if the item type for this item has the Fict std cost retr field set to YES in the Fictitious item type table.
- Cost unit
- Displays the unit used to define the cost price.
- Mrg line cst
- Only displayed if you are authorised. Displays the margin line cost value basis in system currency. This cost is used to calculate the profit margin. The value is calculated accordingly:
Order line quantity x Margin cost price basis (1) in system currency and in price unit (2)
(1) Is retrieved using the Margin cost basis defined in the Item file or in the DIS control file
(2) Is calculated from cost unit by dividing the margin cost price basis with the conversion factor for the cost unit
- Gross margin
- Only shown if you are authorised. Gross margin is based on the Margin cost basis flag in the Item file or in the DIS Control file. Displays the gross margin percentage of the sales order line, which is calculated as follows:
(Net sales price – Margin cost price basis) / Net sales price
- SMS rebate
- Only displayed if the following is true:
- The SMS application is installed and activated
- The sales order type on the sales order line is defined as valid for SMS rebates
This field displays the SMS rebate for the Sales order line in system currency (i.e. the price per 1 stock unit that will be claimed from the rebate payer). When the sales order line is changed, a new search is performed for the best rebate and the value is updated accordingly in this field.
- Rebate calc
- Only displayed if the DC1 Customer/Supplier Rebates (RBT) application is installed and activated. Indicates if the line is to be included in the rebate calculation. When the SO line is created, the field is defaulted from the corresponding SO header field, which in turn is defaulted from the SO type.
- Exp reb amt
- Only displayed if the DC1 Customer/Supplier Rebates (RBT) application is installed and activated. This field displays the expected rebate amount for the sales order line according to system currency. The expected rebate amount is considered in gross margin calculation. The gross margin is calculated as:
Net line value – Cost value / Net line value (where net line value = Net line amount – Expected rebate amount, and Cost value is equal to Line cost value + SMS rebate amount).
- Contract no
- A value is only displayed in this field if the order line belongs to a customer contract. Displays the contract number.
- Ord sum disc
- This field is only displayed if the Order summary disc field in the DIS control file is set to YES. The field is updated to the order/quotation line from the sales price and discount calculation program and is set to YES as long as originating price source and none of the applied discounts are set up with Order summary discounts set to NO. The field only controls if the line benefits from any order line summary discounts (O-type) and header discounts (H-type). If a line does not contribute to the order summary then it does not benefit from it, regardless of how this field is set.
- Ctrb ord sum
- This field is only displayed if the Order summary disc field in the DIS control file is set to YES. This flag controls if the line contributes to the summary of quantities and amounts in the basket qualification and the order summary discount calculation. At the same time it controls if the line benefits from any order line summary discounts (O-type) and header discounts (H-type). All lines that do not contribute to the order summary will NEVER benefit from it, in other words no order line summary discounts will be applied and no header discount will be apportioned over these lines.
- Qty to inv
- This field is only displayed if the Bonus pricing policy parameter is set to YES in the DIS control file. If the same item bonus functionality is set up in the system and the setup stipulations are met for the item on the order line, the quantity that is invoiced to the customer will be less than the ordered quantity for the item. This field displays the quantity that will be invoiced for this order line.
Sales order enquiry or Service order enquiry, Order line, Additional information 2 (DSR12507)
This panel displays shipping information for the order line that you selected.
If line or header discounts exist, then you can access the Work with discounts program via a function in the Function list to view the discounts. Note: This program is not accessible for a component in a sales structure that has sales price calculation code 3 or 4.

- A value is only displayed in this field if the order line was included on a pick consolidation. Displays the pick consolidation number.
- Transp note
- A value is only displayed in this field if the order line was printed on a transport note. Displays the transport note number.
- Del address
- Note: This field is not displayed if you are maintaining service orders or sales order that are delivery scheduled. Displays the number of the delivery address that has been defined for the sales order line.
- MOT
- Displays the manner of transport that has been defined for the sales order line. Note: This field is not displayed if you are maintaining service orders or sales order that are delivery scheduled and is only used for dispatch from sales stock or BtB transit. The manner of transport for the line is decided in the following priority order:
- Sales MOT from Item/Warehouse.
- Sourcing policy/warehouse MOT, but if the warehouse on the sourcing policy is defined with “Primary” in the Warehouse level field, it may be overridden from customer delivery address.
- Sales MOT from customer delivery address.
- MOT code from the sales order header.
- TOD
- Note: This field is not displayed if you are maintaining service orders or sales order that are delivery scheduled and is only used for dispatch from sales stock or BtB transit. Displays the terms of delivery that has been defined for the sales order line.
- Package type
- Displays the package type retrieved from the Item file. The package type controls, e.g., how weight and volume should be calculated which is done in the Pick list confirmation routines.
- Labelling cd
- Displays the labelling code for the item that defines the information to be printed on labels and whether the information should be bar coded as well as being in human readable format. The labels are printed by the Print despatch labels program.
- Hand/Haz dtl
- Indicates if handling/hazard code details should be printed on the order confirmation, pick list and transport note. If the item has a handling/hazard code defined in the Hand/haz code field in the Item file, the values connected to this handling/hazard code can be printed on the customer documents. The handling/hazard codes are used to define any special requirements needed in the handling of items during their storage and transportation. For example, if the item is classed as temperature sensitive, etc.
- Hand/Haz cde
- Displays the handling/hazard code defined in the Item file for this item. The handling/hazard codes are used to define any special requirements needed in the handling of items during their storage and transportation. For example, if the item is dangerous goods, temperature sensitive, etc. These requirements are defined in the Handling/hazard code table.
- Nature of tr
- Only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. The code indicates the nature of transaction used in the reporting of EU statistics.
- Port of disp
- Only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays the port of dispatch used in the reporting of EU statistics.
- Coun of orig
- Only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays the country of origin retrieved from the Item file.
- Commodity cd
- Only displayed if the EU reporting function is activated. Displays the item’s commodity code.
- Shipment no
- A value is only displayed in this field if the order line is part of a shipment. Displays the shipment number.
- Ship agent
- Identifies the external company responsible for transporting your goods to your customer. This value is defined in Work with shipping agents.
- Shipment grp
- Displays the shipment group denoting the shipment group to which this item belongs. Shipment groups are used to classify different items into one shipment group category. This classification is used to prevent different items from being shipped together, e.g., Food items would more than likely not be shipped together with Petrol items.
- Departure
- This field is used in conjunction with the Route field. Departures are created in Work with departures and are connected to routes via Work with routes. Displays the point of departure of the route.
- Route
- Displays the delivery route that was defined for this sales order.
- Destination
- This field is used in conjunction with the Route field. The destination code describes the location of your customer’s site and is defined for the customer in the Business partner, Address file. This code is used in Work with routes which is part of the Shipment preparation process. The route plans allow the system to schedule the deliveries made to customers along a given route.
- Consign note
- A value is only displayed in this field if the order line has been printed on a consignment note. Displays the consignment note number.
- Shipment mrk
- Displays the text for the shipment marking describing the item. This text will be displayed on all documents associated with the sales order.

This panel displays additional information for the order line that you selected.

- VAT handl cd
- The VAT handling code is applied to the sales price. In the maintenance routine, you may change this code. The order line value will then be recalculated by the system. Note: If a VAT handling code is displayed on order header level it will override this value. Note: If a sales order line is generated from a sales quotation, the VAT handling code is always retrieved to the order line, if the Get new prices field on the Copy to sales order selection panel is set to NO.
- VAT included
- Indicates if VAT is included in the sales price.
- Incl VAT% cd
- Displays the VAT handling code for the VAT percentage, if any, which is included in the sales price.
- Sales tax
- Only displayed if sales tax handling is activated in your system. This is done by setting the Sales tax handling field to YES in Work with companies. Indicates if sales tax handling is used for the order line.
Weight/Volume
- Gross weight
- Displays the gross weight of the items on the order line.
- Net weight
- Displays the net weight of the items on the order line.
- Gross volume
- Displays the gross volume of the items on the order line.
- Net volume
- Displays the net volume of the items line.
Project
- Project
- Only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing and DC1 Project are installed and activated. Displays the project that the order line belongs to.
- Phase
- Only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing and DC1 Project are installed and activated. The phase id indicates the project that the order line belongs to.
- Cost code
- Only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing and DC1 Project are installed and activated. The cost code is used to summarise the cost price and the current reported value for the project.
Currency clause
- Curr clause
- Only displayed if the CURRCLAU function (Currency clause handling) is activated in the Function control file. Displays a currency clause code and variant (version) number. Currency clauses, defined in Work with currency clause codes, are used to adjust sales prices on sales quotations/orders according to exchange rate fluctuations.
- Agreed rate
- Only displayed if the CURRCLAU function (Currency clause handling) is activated in the Function control file. Indicates the exchange rate that has been agreed upon in Work with currency clause codes. The Agreed rate is usually the official exchange rate, of the purchase currency, at the time the item was purchased from the supplier.
When the item is quoted/sold to a customer on a sales quotation/order the agreed rate is compared with the current exchange rate of the Purchase currency.
If the difference deviates beyond the Fluctuation % (also defined in Work with currency clause codes), the sales price will be recalculated according to the difference. Note: This will only impact the sales price of items that have the Currency clause parameter set to YES on the Item file, Inventory information panel.
- Purch curr
- Only displayed if the CURRCLAU function (Currency clause handling) is activated in the Function control file. A value is only displayed in this field if a currency clause is defined in the Curr clause field (on this panel). Indicates the purchase currency that was defined in the Currency clause code table. This is the currency that was used to purchase the item.

- In the event of a shortage in stock the deliveries can be dispatched via the Work with sales order allocation routine according to their priority. By using priority codes special and individual treatment can also be provided to customers in terms of delivery service. The code denotes the order priority and is defined in the Order priority table.
- Back order pri
- In the event of a shortage in stock the back order deliveries can be dispatched via the Work with sales order allocation routine according to their priority. The code indicates the back-order priority and is defined in the Order priority table.
- Ext desc
- Indicates if the extended item description must be printed on the order confirmation, pick list, transport note and invoice. If YES, text must exist in the item’s Extended item description file and the applicable printout field(s) must be set to YES.
- Conf details
- Indicates if the conformity details should be printed on all order related documents. If the item has a conformity group defined in the Conformity group field in the Item file, the values connected to this conformity group can be printed on the customer documents. The conformity criteria defines the values that an item is to conform to.
- Ext lab/pack
- Indicates if the extended labelling and packaging description is to be printed on the order confirmation, pick list, transport note and invoice for the order line. If set to YES, text must exist in the item’s Extended packaging and labelling information file and the applicable printout field(s) must be set to YES.
- DI created
- Indicates if the customer is defined as a Data Interchange customer in the Business partner file.
- Quot number
- The number indicates from which quotation the sales order line was generated.
- Quot line
- The number indicates from which quotation line the sales order line was generated.
- BPR number
- Only displayed if DC1 Requests and Returns is activated. Displays the request number if the order line was created from a BPR.
- BPR line
- Only displayed if DC1 Requests and Returns is activated. Displays the request line number if the order line was created from a BPR.
- Ord property
- Only displayed if the Order property functionality is activated in the DIS control file. The code is retrieved from Work with order properties. See Setting up the order property functionality for more information.
- Consignment
- Only applicable if you are running the DC1 GB Parcel Carrier application. Displays the consignment number, if a carrier consignment is created for the sales order line. Use the Consignment number from the Function list to access the carrier’s website in order to track the consignment and view its status. See About the Parcel carrier functionality (Great Britain) for more information.
Inventory contract
This information is only displayed if DC1 Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) is activated. See About consuming goods from Contract Managed Inventory (CMI) for links to specific instructions per inventory contract type.

BtB purchase order
- Supplier
- Displays the supplier of the item and BtB purchase order.
If the quality rate function for items and suppliers is used, a check is done that you do not purchase items from a supplier with a lower quality rate than the rate entered in the Item file for the item.
The system also controls that the supplier is an approved supplier, if the Use appr suppl only field is set YES in the Item file for the item you are entering on the purchase order.
- PO type
- Displays the connecting purchase order type for the BtB order. This can only be changed in the maintenance program if the connecting BtB purchase order has not yet been created. Note: BtB direct delivery orders will not be permissible if the order requires complete delivery. This means that if the Complete del field in the order header is set to 1, then you will not be able to enter a BtB order type with direct delivery.
- Purch curr
- Displays the purchase order currency code used when creating the BtB purchase order.
- Purch price
- Only valid for lines defined as back-to-back. Displays the purchase price in purchase price unit, expressed in purchase currency. This price will be used when the BtB purchase order is created.
- Price unit
- Displays the purchase pricing unit for the purchase price. If purchase price is entered without price unit the default purchase unit is used. See About price unit handling for more information.
- Purch unit
- Displays the purchase order unit, used for back-to-back order creation.
- Planned prod
- Displays the planned date the production of the goods should be started in order to finish production in time. It is transferred to the purchase order. Note: Planned production is only used for BtB purchase. If a date has been entered in this field, the sales order line will be held if no date has been entered in the Conf production field.
- Conf prod
- Displays the confirmed date the production of the goods should be started in order to finish production in time. It is transferred to the purchase order.
- Purch TOD
- Displays the terms of delivery for the BtB purchase order used for creation of purchase order. If the line on the sales order is updated with different purchase terms of payments, one purchase order will be created for each terms of payment.
- Planned comp
- Displays the planned date the production of the goods should be completed/finished and ready for shipping to the customer. It is transferred to the purchase order. This date is equal to or greater than the Planned production date. Note: Planned completion is only used for BtB purchase. If a date has been entered here the sales order line will be held if no date has been entered in the Conf completion field.
- Conf comp
- Displays the confirmed date the production of the goods should be completed/finished and ready for shipping to the customer. It is transferred to the purchase order.
- Purch MOT
- Displays the manner of transport for the BtB purchase order used for creation of purchase order. If the line on the sales order is updated with different purchase manner of transports, one purchase order will be created for each manner of transport.
Original values
- Item
- Displays the original Item code entered in the data interchange (DI) order line. This field is only displayed if the EDI tracking field is set to YES in the sales order header file, which is initially set on the Sales order type table maintenance panel.
- Ordered qty
- Displays the original DI order line Quantity. This field is only displayed if the EDI tracking field is set to YES in the sales order header file, which is initially set on the Sales order type table maintenance panel.
- Unit
- Displays the original Unit of measure entered in the DI order line. This field is only displayed if the EDI tracking field is set to YES in the sales order header file, which is initially set on the Sales order type table maintenance panel.
- Sales price
- Displays the original DI order line Sales price. This field is only displayed if the EDI tracking field is set to YES in the sales order header file, which is initially set on the Sales order type table maintenance panel.
- Price unit
- Displays the original price unit, i.e. the unit in which the original sales price is presented. See About price unit handling for more information. This field is only displayed if the following is true:

- Displays the order line number and link type. The link type denotes what kind of line is shown, i.e. Parent or Component, FOC base or FOC item line. See Link types for more information.
- Orig status
- Displays the status of the order line at the time it was created.
- Act status
- Displays the current status of the order line.
- Item/Cust item
- Displays the item and description. If the panel is set up to view customer item codes, the field will be called Cust item and will display the customer item code and description set up using the Item cross references function.
BtB/IRO
- Supplier
- Displays the supplier of the item and BtB purchase order.
If the quality rate function for items and suppliers is used, a check is done that you do not purchase items from a supplier with a lower quality rate than the rate entered in the Item file for the item.
The system also controls that the supplier is an approved supplier, if the Use appr suppl only field is set to YES in the Item file for the item you are entering on the purchase order.
- M-order
- Only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated and if the order line is connected to a manufacturing order. Displays the order number of the corresponding manufacturing order in the supplying company.
- M-order status
- Only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated and if the order line is connected to a manufacturing order. Displays the status of the corresponding manufacturing order in the supplying company.
- Trans/Direct
- Only displayed if the order type is for a BtB order. Indicates if the order line is a BtB (Back to back order) order line with:
Transit delivery The order line will be delivered from the supplier to your transit stock and then to the customer. If the related purchase order line exists you can access the Purchase order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed purchase order line information. Direct delivery The order line will be delivered directly from the supplier to the customer. If the related purchase order line exists you can access the Purchase order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed purchase order line information.
- PO type / IRO type
- Two field names are valid for this field. The following information could be displayed:
- For BtB order types, displays the connecting purchase order type. This can only be changed in the corresponding maintenance program if the connecting BtB purchase order has not yet been created. If the related purchase order line exists you can access the Purchase order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed purchase order line information.
- For IRO order types, indicates the connecting purchase order type. This can only be changed in the corresponding maintenance prgram if the connecting internal purchase order has not yet been created.
- Purch order / IRO order
- Only displayed if this item has a BtB, or IRO order type. Two field names are valid for this field. The following information could be displayed:
- For BtB order types, indicates the purchase order number. This is the PO that was generated from the connecting order. If the related purchase order line exists you can access the Purchase order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed purchase order line information.
- For IRO order types, indicates the internal replenishment order number. This is the IRO that was generated from the connecting internal replenishment order.
- Purch line / IRO line
- Only displayed if the item has a BtB or IRO order type. Two field names are valid for this field. The following information can be viewed:
- For BtB order types, indicates the line number of the purchase order and purchase order line. You can access the Purchase order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed purchase order line information.
- For IRO order types, indicates the internal replenishment line number reference of the purchase order and purchase order line.
- Purch status
- Only displayed if this item has a BtB order type. Indicates the purchase order status. This is the PO that was generated from the connecting order. If the related purchase order line exists you can access the Purchase order enquiry via the Func list to view the corresponding detailed purchase order line information.
MDC
- Suppl comp
- Only displayed for an MDC order in the demanding company. If the order line is connected to an order line in an MDC supplying company then the company code of the MDC supplying company is displayed.
- Demand comp
- Only displayed for an MDC order in the supplying company. MDC orders are automatically generated upon the reception of MDC purchase orders, sent by the MDC demanding company via the DI (data interchange) file. This field displays the MDC demanding company that sent the MDC purchase order.
- Suppl whs
- Only displayed for an MDC order in the demanding company. Indicates the warehouse from which the MDC supplying company will deliver the goods.
- MDC s order
- This field is only displayed for MDC orders. If this field is being viewed by the MDC demanding company then the order number that is generated from this order in the MDC supplying company is displayed. If this field is being viewed by the MDC supplying company then the order number that generated this order in the MDC demanding company is displayed.
- MDC s line
- This field is only displayed for MDC orders. If this field is being viewed by the MDC demanding company then the order line number in the MDC supplying company is displayed. If this field is being viewed by the MDC supplying company then the sales line order number in the MDC demanding company is displayed.
- MDC order st
- This field is only displayed for an MDC order in the MDC demanding company. Displays the sales order line status in the MDC supplying company.
- MDC p order
- This field is only displayed for an MDC order in the supplying company. Displays the connecting purchase order number in the MDC demanding company.
- MDC p line
- This field is only displayed for an MDC order in the MDC supplying company. Displays the connecting purchase order line number in the MDC demanding company.
- MDC m order
- This field is only displayed for an MDC order in the demanding company. Displays the connecting manufacturing order in the MDC supplying company.
- MDC m status
- This field is only displayed for an MDC order in the demanding company. Displays the connecting manufacturing order status in the MDC supplying company.
