Options
| Display | Select this option to access the Work with container lines panel to view the details for the container line. |
| Packing info | This option is only applicable for a container of type P (Packaging container). Select this option to access the Work with container lines, Packaging information panel to view the container type to be used for the packaging, the material to be used when the container is packed, and if any errors were detected during packaging material creation. |
| PQC types | This option is only displayed if the container is flagged for PQC (Pick quality control). Select this option to view the pick quality control type defined for the container line. |
Selection fields
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse for the container.
- Shipment
- If the sales order line was attached to an outbound shipment, this column displays the outbound shipment number carrying the container.
- Pick list
- Displays the pick list number for the container.
- Container
- Displays the container number.
- Order
- This column lists the sales order number for which the container was assigned.
- Line
- This column lists the sales order line number.
- Item
- This column lists the item included in the container.
- Planned
- This column displays the planned quantity in the container.
- Confirmed
- This column displays the confirmed quantity in the container.
- Item description
- This column displays the item description.
- Batch
- If the item included in the container is batch controlled, this column displays the batch ID.
- Zone
- This column displays the zone where the quantity will be picked.
- Location
- This column displays the location where the quantity will be picked.
- Gross weight
- This column displays the gross weight of the item.
- Current content volume
- This column displays the current volume of the contents for the container.
Work with container lines (DSR04804)
On this panel you view the details for the container lines.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse and description.
- Shipment
- If the sales order line was attached to an outbound shipment, this column displays the outbound shipment number carrying the container.
- Pick list
- Displays the pick list number for the container.
- Container
- Displays the container number.
- Pick list line
- Displays the pick list line number.
- Order
- Displays the sales order number for which the container was assigned.
- Line
- Displays the sales order line number.
- Item
- Displays the item included in the container.
- Description
- Displays the item description.
- Batch
- If the item included in the container is batch controlled, this field displays the batch ID.
- Zone
- Displays the zone where the quantity will be picked.
- Location
- Displays the location where the quantity will be picked.
- Planned quantity
- Displays the planned quantity in the container.
- Confirmed quantity
- Displays the displays the confirmed quantity in the container.
- PQC quantity
- This field is only displayed if the container is flagged for PQC (Pick quality control) handling. This field displays the quantity that was PQC confirmed for the line.
- Narcotic category
- This field is only displayed if the item holds a narcotic category. Displays the narcotic category to which the item belongs.
- Gross weight (KG)
- Displays the gross weight for the item.
- Current content vol (M3)
- Displays the current volume of the contents for the container.
- Fragile item
- This field is set to YES if the item in the container is defined as a fragile item.
- Inflammable item
- This field is set to YES if the item in the container is defined as an inflammable item.
- Cold storage item
- This field is set to YES if the item in the container is defined as an inflammable item.
- Normal item
- This field is set to YES if the item in the container is defined as a normal item.
- Pick quality control
- This field is set to YES if the container is to be pick quality controlled, i.e. the pick list must be run through the PQC confirmation process, i.e. report the quantity and then perform a PQC confirmation which is done by clicking the PQC confirm option on Container header level. The quantity that was PQC confirmed is displayed in the PQC quantity field.
Work with container lines, Packaging information (DSR04805)
This panel displays the packaging information for the packaging container. The middle portion of the panel displays the following:
- the identification of the packaging container (i.e. the container type to be used for the packing)
- the material to be used when the container is packed
- if any errors were detected during packaging material creation
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse and description.
- Shipment
- If the sales order line was attached to an outbound shipment, this field displays the outbound shipment number carrying the container.
- Pick list
- Displays the pick list number for the container.
- Container
- Displays the container number.
Work with container lines, Pick quality control types (DSR04806)
This panel displays the PQC types for the container that is flagged for PQC (Pick quality control) handling.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse and description.
- Shipment
- If the sales order line was attached to an outbound shipment, this column displays the outbound shipment number carrying the container.
- Pick list
- Displays the pick list number for the container.
- Container
- Displays the container number.
- Type
- This column lists the pick quality control type.
- Description
- This column displays the description of the pick quality control type.
