From this program you can select to do the following:

• Delete AMT messages
• Delete history records
• Delete filter records
• Delete event tracking records
• Clear error log

Messages

Creation date<

Enter the date from which you want to delete messages. The deletion of messages will be done according to the following:

• If the Valid for hours parameter in Work with event types is defined, then all messages past that “valid until time” will be deleted.
• If no “valid for hours” is defined, then only those messages that are responded to and which are prior to this creation date will be deleted.

History

Creation date<

Enter the date from which you want to delete the history records. All history records that were created prior to this date will be deleted.

Filter

Creation date<

Enter the date from which you want to delete the filter records. All filter records that were created prior to this date will be deleted.

Error log

Clear error log

Indicate if you want to clear the error log.

Event tracking

Creation date<

Enter the date from which you want to delete the event tracking records. All event tracking records that were created prior to this date will be deleted.
