This panel is used to view valid senders for events. Note: Initially all users are valid as senders. In the Work with senders for events routine, you are able to prevent that all users act as senders by de-activating those applicable.
Function keys
| All/Active | Toggle between viewing all users/roles and only those that have been activated. The panel sub-heading indicates the selected view mode. |
| Users/Roles | Toggle between viewing users and roles. The panel sub-heading indicates the selected view mode. |
Selection fields
- Event type
- Displays the name and description of the selected event type.
- Sender
- This column lists all users/roles, depending on the selected view mode, from Work with signatures, if you are in All mode. In Active mode, only those users that have been activated as senders are listed.
- Description
- This column lists the names of the users listed in the Sender column.
- Active
- Indicates if the user/role is activated as valid sender.
