In this program you work with media data information contained in the Intrastat media data summary file. You can create a media file as well as print the accompanying sheet.

Selection fields
- A/D
- Indicates whether it is an arrival (A) or a dispatch flow (D).
- Period
- Intrastat statistics are collected on a monthly basis and this field displays the month and year of the Intrastat data.
- Material
- Displays the name of the file that contains the sent Intrastat media data.
- Identification
- This is a string of data comprised of the following:
- Country of revenue
- Tax number
- Tax number suffix
- Country of delivery
- Region of destination
- Manner of business
- Branch of traffic
- Attachment of enterprise
- Total amount
- Displays the cumulative amount of the goods traded. Note the following:
- This should include any related freight or insurance charges where they form part of the invoice or contract price of the goods.
- Any extra charges (for example, freight and insurance costs) not included on the goods invoice should be excluded from the declared value.
- Excise duty (on alcohol, tobacco and hydrocarbon oils) should not be included in the value declared.
- Member
- Displays the file member of the database file where the Intrastat media data has been added.
- Records
- Displays the number of records corresponding to each entry.
Work with Intrastat media data (DEFD6354)
This panel is accessed if you selected the Print accompanying sheet option on the Work with Intrastat media data panel. From here you perform the print.
- Flow
- Indicates if it is an arrival (A) or a dispatch flow (D).
- Month
- Intrastat statistics are collected on a monthly basis and this field displays the month for which the accompanying sheet is to be printed.
- Material
- Displays the name of the file that contains the sent Intrastat media data.
- File member
- Displays the file member of the database file where the Intrastat media data has been added.
